The state of Upper Austria has two universities that may be of interest to international students, the Johannes Kepler University located in the state capital, Linz. There is also the university of Applied Science, upper Austria (FH, Oberösterreich) with campuses in Wels, Linz, Steyr and Hagenberg.

Though the cities of Linz, Steyr and Wels have good public transport network and may offer some modest opprtunities for student Jobs , in contrast Hagenberg is more of a rural setting. FH Hagenberg (Software Park) is a gigantic school of Information Technology with some courses of study taught 100% in English. FH Wels, Steyr and Linz also have some courses in english.

What should make you choose Upper Austria over Vienna is may be your intended course of study is available in english only Upper Austria in if not Vienna is a better choice.

Vienna is not more expensive compared to Upper Austria. Accommodation is not a big deal in Vienna, there are many student accommodation in Vienna. Settling in Vienna is easier because of its more cosmopolitan nature.

I have a friend who is currently studying in Austria for about 1 year now but he will never respond to you if you ask him anything concerning Austria and how to get around schooling there, but if its for other gists, he will be freely talkingand chattingwith you. Definitely anybody who wants to relocate especially through study route most often needs guys already there to gather some information. You can't get the real day to day life of a student on the street from Google but some guys will never give you any info.
So I really appreciate your response to my question.

As regards jobbing and jobs for non EU students including Nigerians in Austria, the allowed 20hrs/week during the school semester is a right and not a privileg , obtaining working permits from the Austrian Labour Office (Arbeitsmarktservice) for these jobs is a mere formality and not at all complicated so long the total hours don`t exceed 20/week.

It is also of pertinence to note that when a new student starts jobbing and the earnings of the particular job is above the minijob (geringfügige Beschäftigung) flatrate currently set at 518,44€/month, the employer is obliged to pay your social insurance contributions (SV Beitrag), though a small fraction will also be deducted from your earnings for this purpose. The Social Insurance Contributions is not a mere health insurance but a comprehensive insurance that covers health, pension, unemployment and accident.

Combining multiple generous minijobs(geringfügige Beschäftigung) may helpful to a student because its not uncommon to find minjob that is not time intensive but pays good flat rate. When combining minijobs, it is important to note that you have to go the Regional Health Service centre (Gebietskrankenkasse) so as to know the due monthly social insurance contributions to be paying because each minijob pays only the accident insurance.

How about Upper Austria? How's life as a non-eu student there? Is it a place adviceabke to live in and study? I'm planning to apply for some schools in Upper Austria but I want to hear from ou guys first who know better. Someone told me that Vienna is a bit expensive to live in as a student.

It is done primarily by connecting with your doctor or health care provider online with internet access on your phone or computer to get the health care you need from the comfort of your home.

I have not seen any hospital, in Nigeria, not only in Lagos that does Telehealth as part of their services.
The service is more convenient for patients and the hospitals will make more money through it.
My candid opinion though but I need you guys opinion too.

Court does not deal with emotion, but the law. For obi to bring irrelevant materials as exhibit will just amount to waste of time. Is it not the same EC8A that one 'Amaka' would sign for all polling unit agents of other parties for fraud cases? How can that be reliable? The electronically transmitted ones remains more reliable.
