Prunes are dried plums. Most of the liquid is dried off so it has a very high fibre contact.

Check a shop with a good baking section with dried fruits. You are most likely to find it there.

You can then add a few prunes to a fruit smoothie or blend with a bit of water.

Or if you have a shop that you can the pouch puree by ellas kitchen. That works as well, just try not to feed him he whole pouch at once!

You should be able to get it in any big mall like shoprite, Game and any one around you. They may call it prum or prune. Or buy the juice one but please make sure it's 100% prune if you are buying juice

PRUNE JUICE or prum is the answer for stooling for children. Get the fruit and do it yourself. He won't have trouble poooing again. My friend daughter used it and I even use it as an adult after I gave birth for easy passage being recommended by my pediatrician . I have it in my fridge too in case my baby has any form of constipation.

I agree with you, my first pregnancy felt nothing till around 24 weeks. This is my 3rd and kicks are really frequent with a bump like say i carry twins. I tried to check sex too, baby's position at the time didn't allow us. I have 2 girls so i'm hoping its a boy, i would be grateful eitherways though. Happy bumping to you
