OK today is thread cutie.....let me show case my lil companion......my name is Nicanor and Abasi-ado-andino....God has been faithful to me.i am SOLID 9MONTHS OLD TODAY....I was exclusively breastfeed and still breastfeeding, I eat everything from my cereals to mummy's family meals....I have achieved all strides for my age except walking on my own without holding something.mummy have been threatening me that if I don't walk on my own this month no birthday for me.....abeg mamas make una touch light this matter for me oooo....una don see my mum?....Anyway,I am doing all I can to make mum and dad happy and above all,I want my birthday party......kikikikikiki 52 Likes

christybabe: ..sorry oooo I may sound blunt but the truth has to be told....quote me anywhere.I am not a fan of maternity home and WILL NEVER BE....in this age of awaerness, and technology why on earth will maternity home be an option.pls pls pls I beg u in the name of God locate BMH....I don't know much about the hospital but from reference made here it is OK.I had my son in teaching hospital in uyo,I was d one that opted for induction,my induction failed,I dilated 10cm,yet my baby's head could not even engage.after being in labour a whole day,I was rushed for emergency cs meanwhile I and baby had become weak.what if it was at a maternity,both of us would have been gone.a friend had her baby through emergency cs too,hers was DAT cord was round d baby' s neck. pls learn from birth stories here. pple don't take time to write it for fancy.whether its your first or 50th pregnancy pls give birth in d hospital...a word is enough for d wise....#kisssss# 15 Likes |

[/quote @madam zayine....good morning...biko touch light my own matter as to back pain after cs...I am 9months post position this week.I still feel d pain on my spine especially when I carry my son who is on d chubby side for long.d consultant Anaesthetist told me DAT I should always use any pain killer that works for me and take my mind off it.paracetamol or panadol works for me.I only take it wen d pains stays more than a day which is not always.....now my question is how long will d effect of this epidural remain cuz I was thinking that by now it should have been over....biko oooo come to my aid....thanx.... |

enkaydewdrop: enkay abeg na beg I dey beg u oooo leave belle alone oooo.na so I been wan do sexy mama,I started 2weeks after post operation and it was just normal wrapper that I was using to tie but I made sure it was tight on my tommy.2days into it,my spine was on fire..the pain was unbearable because I was given spinal Anastasia. nobody told me to stop it.I did by myself before I met a consultant Anastatist who told me not to try it.I still feel pains on my spine till now anytime I carry my son with baby carrier cuz of his weight.datz d only pain I have felt from operation period till date.I will be 9months post operation next week..... 3 Likes |

thanx everyone for taking out time to respond.first I asked my doc during six weeks post natal and he said 2017 is OK for me to have another baby if I want to.I am a cs mum and I want to remain a cs mum.after wat my eyes saw during labour,I opt to remain a cs mum.besides from all indication I seem to have small pelvic making vaginal birth a no for me. I and hubby are ready for baby number two.my first pregnancy was a work over.I felt normal from first day till delivery.I even passed edd,doc told me to opt for elective cs cuz of big baby.scan told me baby was 4kg.I refused and asked for induction.indeed induction failed after I had dialated 10cm but baby's head was still very high without decent,I poked 5 good responsible times,I and baby became weak.in fact pitocin drip had no effect again on me cuz at some point contractions were no longer felt.my induction started on Tuesday evening by 5pm,d process lingered till I was rushed for an emergency cs by 10.30pm.baby came out by 10.41pm.so I told myself all subsequent birth I am choosing cs. my most lil selfish reason is DAT I love babies...and want a second one to kill loneliness and quietness in my house.not just I but hubby is in support too.we plan to space 3yrs after d second baby comes.#covers face.. #we are looking at august to starting trying to concieve,.by then my son will be 10months old.. sorry for my long story.... 21 Likes 1 Share |

good morning beautiful mamas....hmmmmm abeg make una no kill me oooo.it's kind of wired.I had my son last ur October, via cs,immediately after delivery one month later I started craving pregnancy. I was so much in love with every step of my pregnancy especially d kicks....biko make una no vex,my son will be 9months on d 7th of July.pls wen can I try for another baby....I am a big fan of baby boys and long for another boy....... covers face....sabi mama make una tell me wen I can try again as a cs mum.....#covers face....# 8 Likes |

enkaydewdrop: hahhahahahhh..... una sabi worry for nothing oooooowhen lovely contractions and labour pains go dey slap u from left, right and center, till u poo u no go even send if u don poo inside nurse or doctor mouth.i was in dat shoes ooooo dialated 10, pooed 4 times and they cleaned it yet baby's head was tilk high and never engaged from my pelvic, after a whole day labour dat was done via induction, pitocin drip, memberane swap, and rupture, all done by diff doctors with FAT FINGERS..... no show, I was finally wheeled into theather by 10.30pm only for my prince charming to be delivered at exactly 10.41pm......sorry to bore u with my long sermon.......d moral is just don't disturb urself.....anyhow it comes, it will end in praise.... 15 Likes |

rofemiguwa: beautiful mamas I can understand ur worries, it could be rasges or allegry, change their soap and cream to another product.i use boots soap and coconut oil.my son had same issue wen I was using johnson soap and cream but he is ok now.here is another recipe dat works wonder for my son.after using coconut oil on him, I use agnesia powder all over his body but I rub and make sure it blends with his skin after morning bath, same with afternoon bath though no cream at noon and evening too only powder.i allow lil water to remain on his body before rubbing d powder.i wear him light clothes cuz he sweats for Nigeria . It's my mum dat brought this theory and it works wonders.......I use dettol to bath him and also iron all his clothings including bibs and face towels, body towels, wraps and wash clothes.....no be small work ooooo...datz how I was able to send rashes abi allegry packing.....now my bobo skin dey smoth like bottle.......sorry for d long sermon ...wish u luck 3 Likes |

Joysa: datz d sacrifice you have to pay as a mother.....if ur going, go on monday.i am certain dat you will be given on monday.for d three months my dates were always monday...but d stress no be here oooo cuz mostly na 1 person dey give d immunisation and u have up to 200 children. 150 for other vaccines and some dayz 40 to 60 for BCG.....just gather strength. ...lol.....the Lord is ur muscle |

Gaily04: my dear the crowd no be here oooo.first day I went by 7ami was no 123, y son was give d vaccine by 3pm.second day I tried rumudomaya helth center, I wasdere till 8.30, not even one single health worker showed up.i had to proceed t obio againden I was no 147.third day I got dere by 6am, I was no 71.when u consider what the vaccine does to ur lo, u won't mind d stress and go forit.my mum is a retired primary health care cordinator and midwife.her field of specialty was immunisation childbirth and children sickness, she warned me never to take immunisation from private hospitaluz their storage facility of the immunisation is not efficient as dat of govt.and she sad u won't know execpt ur train on immunisation thats when you can dictate if the immunisation was stored well and still potent..... |

good day sabi mamas pls I need help urgently. my son was on EBF.i started g8ving him cereals about two weeks now after he clocker 6months.i use sma gold for his milk, his cereals are frisogold rice and wheat, birds custard, gerber rice with banana and apple, humana milk with oat flakes. he is still sucking breast as well.my question is, his poo is greensish black in colour since he started feeding on cereals. he poos almost every day once or twice, normal poo.i am just worried about d colour of the poo or is it normal.thank u |

I started introducing cereals almost two weeks now to him.he eats everything I offer him.inuse sma gold for his milk.i give him, birds custard, gerber rice, friso gold rice and wheat, humana milk with oat flakes.my problem is his poo is greenish black.he poos almost every day.he is still sucking breast as usual.pls I want yo know why the colour of his poo is greenish black.thank you. |

ozycy: same shoes with me.mine will be 6 months on thursday this week.he was on EBF...I staryed cancelling my calender since when he clocked 5months.i can't wait is an understatement. u won't believe that I have bought all his crerals, cup, spoon, feding plate, milk, water.., and just marking time for thursday......everyone says it's always tiring once u get to the 5th month of exclusive.....chei can't wait to see my LO feed . meanwhile he struggles for everythig we eat and drink like say tomorrow no dey but I no gree give am....#two more days to go.....# 4 Likes |

stadora: hahhahahah...team mate ur lucky that yours sleeps for two hours.mine doesn't sleep up to 30mins at once.but may sleep atleast 2 times of 30mins each . maximum of 3 times during the day, but sleeps from 7.30 pm at night and onky wakes up to suck.so much to be a mum.... |

babythug: most day I only wear him short cuz of d way he sweats with sleeveless top.i bath him at least 3 times a day and still have to use wet wash cloth to clean him at every interval.the sweating is worst now that he is try to crawl.he is more than active these day thereby making me bath him often.....cuz of the sweat, he has lil heat rashes on his body.i think his hyperactive nature is a contributory factor as well. |

good morning beautiful mamas pls help, my LO sweats alot.even when fan is at it's highest he still sweats.its only when he is in an air conditioned place that he doesn't sweat.could it be his weight?.he is 5 months 3 weeks weighing 8.5kg.or taking from his dad who sweats too but not as much as he does.he doesn't have any health issues.pls shsould I continuew to be worried.pls I await ur response. thank you |
