I guess this puts all speculations to rest. Sugabelly was just being a very silly young girl even at the expense of her well being. She was not raped in a criminal sense, if you know what i mean. This is a case of unhealthy infatuation. I have been in these shoes before, but not to the extent of this sado masochism or even allowing my ex's friends to sleep with me. My ex was soo jealous, he wouldn't suggest that anyway. But I didn't mind the fact that my ex was sleeping with his uncle's wife. Infact i even had an abortion for him. Thank God I have put all that behind me.
I think sugabelly should simply turn her life to Christ and receive her healing from God.

I do not agree with you on the issue of 'na Nigeria we dey o'. That should not come into the legal analysis of an alleged rape case. It does not matter how many times she went to their house. Even if she is naked and holding his D in her hands and about to suck it and subsequently decides not to be interested in the act, consent has been withdrawn, revoked and proceeding without a renewal of consent is rape.

My personal conclusion is that the girl is mentally unstable. She has repeatedly talked of being maniac depressive and maybe even bi polar.

I actually think (judging by her posts years back) that she has some mental health issues. Who knows if this sordid events with Audu's triggered it? If her health issues preceded it, then some might argue that she has exaggerated the events due to her health issues.
After all said and done, if she was raped just once. It is bad enough and it does not matter whether she went back to their company several times after. Nothing justifies her violation.

We seem to have a culture that seeks to rationalize rape. Same argument surfaced when we analyzed Olamide's song here months ago. Rape is rape and can never be justified.
