Why will Trey not make fun of him? When Ben Bruce will not respect his old age. |
calculusx:Dude it is a serious matter o. At this rate the dollar will easily reach 300 by next weekend. travellers will have to fund their trips by cash. So if dollar is scarce via official routes, the black market will have to make a way. |
dabriggs:The banks are not doing it to weaken the dollar. They just cant fund the purchase of dollars at the present rate. I heard unconfirmed reports that banks are owing mastercard and visa almost unimaginable debts in recent times. |
Even for issues that shows utter ineptitude, Nigerians still find a way of drawing sympathy and imply helplessness by asking for prayers. |
Haahahahahahahahahaha. Kashamu is famzing in order to save his backside. In his mind he is saying "if he chases looters like this, what will he do to drug peddlers?" |
jasysandra:Unfortunately, I've got to run to other posts for now. Have a fine weekend. |
jasysandra:What is your understanding of Christianity? You are supposed to be an enlightened fellow but you go around throwing subtle rude comments at others. From calling them ignorant (about their own belief systems not yours) to calling their beliefs mediocre. How do you find your level of evolution as a mystic if your conversation is filled with such arrogance? |
jasysandra:So Jesus was intolerant? |
The material no reach abi na style? |
jasysandra:Why are you so hell conscious? Where in my posts did I mention hell and burning therein? Just like your organization has core beliefs and principles, so does Christianity. Jesus Christ's place in Christianity is exclusive. So exclusive that it entailed God himself coming down in the form of a man to redeem man back to Himself. Choosing some other "route" to God does not exclude you from God's love but neither does it invalidate the exclusivity of Jesus as the ONLY mediator between man and God. All I have been harping on is the fact that a Christian cannot seek self mastery or mastery of the universe outside Christ. I am really pertubed by the rest of the arguments. |
Neeson:Only Charlatans and hirelings make such threats. How can you withhold what you do not own? |
jasysandra:Please point me to where I imposed Christianity on you or any Light bearer? All I have attempted to do is correct the erroneous impression that one can be a Christian while also seeking self mastery and mastery of the universe via anything else outside Christ. The essence of my posts has been to re-validate the biblical standpoint that a true Christian does not need any form of mastery outside the lordship of Jesus as the full expression of the Godhead as revealed in the Bible and a manifestation of the love of God on earth. In none of my posts have I attempted to impose anything on you apart pointing out the arrogance in your denouncement of God's revealed Word to me as "scribbled writing of yester years". You claim to be a Student of Life, I proclaim to be a redeemed son of the Most High purchased by the blood of His Son and growing in a loving relationship with Him. Enjoy the weekend. |
jasysandra:So how come you attack my "written scribbles of yester years" simply because you do not subscribe or understand it? Is your degree of evolution not meant to be high? Are you not a natural mystic besides being a lightbearer? |
jasysandra:your tone sounds very patronizing and arrogant. For a supposedly enlightened fellow, i find it worrying. Anyway, as a parting note in view of the above, Scientists have no verifiable proof of that few million years you allude to. Your belief in that is largely a matter of faith. How different from me and my "written scribbles of yesteryears" (I see you have a problem with that). Cheers |
jasysandra:While I have no issues with AMORC nor do I care about its teachings and also do not subscribe to the insults and attacks going on here, we need to make a few things clear. That a priest (be he Anglican or Catholic ) is a member does not mean much. For a fact those priests are not Christians. Let us leave all these semantics aside. There are certain Christian beliefs that are dogma and not up for negotiation. The bible is unequivocal that salvation is found in Christ alone and the fullness of the God head is expressed in Jesus Christ. Any form of self mastery or enlightenment that adds or subtracts from this epicenter of the bible is not Christlike and any one following it cannot be called a Christian. It does not matter if such a person is a Bishop or a pope while seeking some spiritual enlightenment by the side. |
jasysandra:While I do not support the attacks and pointless exchanges on both sides, do you also accept that some persons are happy, proud non-Rosicrucians leading happy fulfilled lives? |
jasysandra:Pls do you have any proof of the bold part? |
bigneorapz:So why are you seeking the opinion of others? You seem to have it all figured out. I wonder the point of this post? |
Well done Lagos State govt. Not only Linda, all media celebritites should be tagged along and let them pay taxes commensurate with their display of wealth. Same with pastors and govt officials. You cannot have a wedding of billions and pay 10k tax. Neither can you drive a car of 10s of millions and pay no tax. If it was a gift, show the giver and the govt will ensure that the giver has paid commensurate tax. No sentiments. Maybe when they pay taxes, they will join in holding the govt accountable. |
Justice Husseini Baba Yusuf granted bail to the accused persons on the sum of N250 Million on the condition that they produce a surety each who must be a serving or retired civil servant not lower than the rank of a director. The civil servant must also show possession of a property within the FCT worth the same amount, the judge ordered. All the accused were also asked to deposit copies of their international passports with the court registrar. They are to also notify the court of any travel arrangement outside the FCT. Where do they get these sureties from? Which civil servant makes this much legitimately? |
War criminal that will do anything for money. He will willingly attend a village town hall meeting if the pay is good enough. Shameless as man |

17 Dec 2015 http://www.thisdaylive.com/articles/efcc-metuh-has-cases-to-answer-says-his-alarm-was-unnecessary/228215/ The alarm raised by the National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Mr. Olisa Metuh, last Tuesday in Abuja, alleging threat to his life was “unnecessary and an attempt to pre-empt his arrest’’ by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), an operative of the anti-graft agency told THISDAY last night. “We have been able to established that two of his registered companies were used to launder money to some key members of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). He has several questions to answer. And we will soon invite him officially for interrogation. “We believe the alarm he raised on Tuesday was unnecessary and it was an attempt to pre-empt our move. But he has failed. Some of these suspects believe they can use the media to forestall our determination to get them to account for their dirty deals and it would not work for them,’’ the EFCC source stated. The operative of the EFCC who is deeply involved in the ongoing investigation of many of the suspects linked to the alleged arms deals by the former National Security Adviser (NSA), Col. Sambo Dasuki (rtd), further told THISDAY that more of the “key leaders of the PDP, including a member of the party’s board of trustees,’’ would soon be invited for interrogation. “One or two of them are currently outside the country; we have requested them to come and clarify some issues suspected to be money laundering,’’ the source added. Metuh, during a news conference last Tuesday, had claimed that his life was under threat by some suspected federal government’s agents. “Gentlemen, this news briefing is expedient, taken into consideration the times we find ourselves, especially as they relate to me. In the last seven months, as opposition spokesperson, I have been hounded, harassed, intimidated and threatened severally. • “In order to avoid personal and family pressure, I had refrained from bringing them to the public domain,” Metuh had claimed. • He alleged that recent events around him and information available to him, had given him cause to believe that some persons in power were out to eliminate him. • The PDP’s spokesman said he had not taken any public office and that the choice of where, how and when to invest and conduct his personal business remained his prerogative. • Metuh added: “In this regard, I note that I never had any contract dealings with the immediate past federal government or any of its security apparatus. As the National Publicity Secretary of our party, the then leader of our party and President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria invited me and directed that I carry out some assignment relating to my office and he funded it. • “It is important to note that the former president was fully satisfied with the way and manner I handled the assignment. Finally, I reiterate that the present government should not use the apparatus of state power to settle personal scores.’’ He declined answers to questions on some of the issues he raised during the press conference. |
shaddoww:Painfully there might not be more to it. Bn Nigerian army ate so tactlws and trigger happy when they see unarmed civilains. Listen to the incoherent tale the man is telling. Not once has this army chief made sense to me. He sounds like a motor park tout |
