Has the work been published in top scientific journals? I read about discoveries, inventions and innovations daily and one thing that characterises them is publication in scientific journals.

op lemme tell you racism is a big factor. there are lot of black folks doing great things out there but they won't acknowledge them nor give them proper publicity like they would do to white folks

This is wrong, its not only intra college transfers that are allowed please. Transfer from faculty of science(mostly chemistry and maybe zoology) is possible. Also human nutrition can cross to MBBS after 100 level. Its very possible please.

But you can finish with your microbiology degree, then do a direct entry into 200level MBBS. That's very possible if you have good grades.
