Yes it is, the major target of the sanction is to halt North Korea continuity of nuclear acquisition, after series of their sanctions, NK made hypersonic ICBM which mainland of US is within its range in 2020.

This will surely affect British government in future, many of the billionaires will be learning from this incidents on how to avoid huge investment out of their countries.

This is very painful as a Chelsea fan, nobody can replicate the kind of love Roman Abramovich has for Chelsea.

Of course you saw how Germany and France initially objected to throwing Russia out of SWIFT, even when the US and UK urged their allies to.
What did the US do? They still respected their stance (Germany and France). Those guys know how to oil relationships. They have to agree on something before they implement it.
