Why is it difficult for the Lagos State Government to obey the Supreme Court judgement?

Is it because the judgement favoured poor landlords or what?

They said judiciary is the last hope of common man, where is the hope now?

I dislike inequity, had it been such estate owns by poor landlords and government took it to court, while the judgement favoured Lagos State Government, the following day of the verdict, govt will quickly demolish buildings in the estate.

Lagos State govt oppressing the poor old landlords from benefitting the fruit of the SC judgement.
