She is such a courageous woman who is determined to effect a change. Damn Shettima; nigga has no choice but to accept the obvious truth. Nigeria has killed both souls and dreams. To some of us who are still hoping for a change, donkeys years keep rolling by with no iota of any positive changes. In what has become a state capture, both the executive, legislature and judiciary are now in wicked synergy to punish any Nigerian who dares to challenge the status quo. The imposition of hereditary monarchy looms and there seems to be no yielding to cries of the mass of the people. We are doomed but not doomed by God's grace. Energies will be reinvoked to start what will be a sweeping revolution across the country |
See as these mumu Osun politicians dey use politics take thwart development in their state. Una never see anything. By the time you guys realize that the state is one and all infrastructure belongs to Osun State indigenes, the tenure of this administration would have elapsed. Another govt may not consider the project as a priority. Who then suffers? Yeyanatus on the prowl. #spits |
No magic will retain APC in the next coming elections. Tinubu's lifestyle, globetrotting and clear hereditary leadership style is going to rob him the office in 2027 by God's grace and the team spirit of the Nigerian people. The days of divide and rule are coming to a disgraceful end |
Why can't he simply go to a good police station and lodge a formal complaint? Police do not act based on unsubstantiated social media claims. Lil Smart should do the right thing first |
Any good leadership and policies that will consider the well-being of the people than mere reforms which are beneficial to very few and those in power will take the uppermost consideration of Nigerians. While reforms are good but reforms that lack human face, subjecting Nigerians to misery and penury tantamount evil. Atiku and Obi will really be a good team |
Beautiful. Like him or not, Sanwo-Olu is a performer. More grace to him |
Nigeria needs the likes of Dele Farotimi now more than ever. We cannot all be cowards. May God grant him the strength and resources to carry on, and with the prayers of the mass of the people, he will continue to fly in the midst of all his corrupt adversaries |
Once these guys are in power, they spew rubbish. What is wrong in criticizing a country's President; a country with more than 220 million people? So we should be taking every decision hook and sinker, right? What is the role of opposition in a democracy and why is it important? Nonsense!! From governor to Minister, from Minister to the Senate, a haven for continuous stealing. God punish unnnnaa!! |
The statement that "the gym is not a good place for married women may be subjective and can vary based on individual perspectives. Some might argue this due to concerns about distractions or even temptations. Some men may believe that gyms can expose their wives to flirtations or distractions that could challenge marital boundaries. There could also be social pressures or judgments relating to certain appearances and fitness which may be considered un-african No doubt, as good as such arguments may sound, it's important, however, to note that many married women benefit from the gym for health, stress relief, and social interaction. The gym can be a positive environment for personal well-being. But can we be rest assured that our married women will not be carried away by what they feel and see and eventually not be found wanting? Drop your comments.. |
His incoherence is enough to capture the insincerity of his defence. Trust no polithievecians ![]() |
Money talks. In my own voice, I will never be poor |
Sad and very unfortunate. May God console Patoranking and the rest of the family. Rest in peace, fine couple |
Monday Okpebholo, governor of Edo state, has appointed Sulaiman Aledeh, a veteran broadcaster, as the managing director of the state-owned Edo Broadcasting Service (EBS). In a statement on Saturday, Fred Itua, chief press secretary to the governor (CPS), said Aledeh’s appointment is with immediate effect. The spokesperson described Aledeh as an international journalist and strategic media consultant, adding that he has over two decades of broadcast journalism experience. Itua added that the new MD is a philosophy graduate from the University of Benin (UNIBEN) and began his media career at EBS while still a student in 1999. “He has made significant contributions to prestigious international news channels including Al Jazeera, SABC, and GB News UK,” the statement reads. “Currently, he anchors various news programs at Arise News and shares his insights on Classic FM. “He later served at Ebonyi Radio during his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme, becoming the first corps member permitted to read the station’s major news bulletin. “He further established his voice at the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, where he created and presented influential shows. “His journey into national television began with one of Africa’s foremost media companies, where he anchored flagship news programs on TVC and Channels Television. “His tenure at Channels TV further solidified his expertise in producing compelling television content, delivering some of the network’s most memorable promos, and covering significant events, including the 2011 and 2015 general elections. “As the assistant general manager and head of media and communications at Eko DISCO, Nigeria’s leading electricity distribution company, Aledeh demonstrated strong leadership in strategic communication. “He is a Fellow of the Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management and an Associate of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations. “Sulaiman holds a master’s degree in humanitarian and refugee studies from the University of Lagos and has served as a special correspondent and news anchor at Arise News in London and Lagos”. Corruption will kill Nigerians and the civil servants are the demons in it. God forbid! |
The earlier we know, understand and appreciate that this govt is only going to rigmarole as long it will last in office with no meaningful achievements, the better. The dance that will be interesting will be seen from the outskirt of the town. Tinubu and his cohorts are deceivers and are only here to inflict pains and miseries on Nigerians |
This is why every appointee in Nigeria feels so entitled and perform woefully. Positions are for sale and the period they spend occupying same is solely to recoup. A whooping N400 million! And you think the guy will be sitting there to watch the ceilings, right? As long as there are powerful and deterring corruption agencies in Nigeria, we will continuously be marching into the precipice. Let me advice: arrest these dudes, lock them up, try them in court and, if found wanting, execute them. That is the only way to instill fear in the minds of millions of corrupt Nigerians. On Andy Ubah, his days are numbered |
Jimoh Ibrahim, the self-acclaimed economist never ceases to annoy people. This is a man who could not manage his business but found solace in politics, now spewing arrant nonsense. Is this (dis)honourable not aware that excessive levels of foreign debt can hamper a country's ability to invest in their economic future? Either via infrastructure, education, or healthcare; as the country's limited revenue now goes to servicing such loans and automatically thwarts long-term economic growth? Mr. Jimoh does not know anything about economics and should stop defending the Executive arm of govt and solely be saddled with legislation and their pocket-stuffing oversight functions. Nigerians are not timid |
So where was Adeyanju and Verydarkman blasted? Very misleading headline |
helinues:Guy, be serious for once na. All things cannot be placed on vault of jests, sentiments and bigotry. The editorial is a candid advice and a call for good governance. Enough of you guys ways of defending the indefensible. I love my leaders and would always pray for them but will also not hesitate to drag them whenever they err. The planned prayer is a waste of time and our resources. Period |
So cheering. Need to walk the talk Asiwsju is trying. Additional 4 years loading... ![]() |
BreconHills:The truth is that the more we emphasize on this tribal stuff, the more divided we seem. Will it be wrong if we remove state of origin and local govt from all documents to be filled? |
Nice one, but you forgot to single out VDM who stood by you. Learn to appreciate Oga Bolt man |
Nothing is too big to immortalize a worthy son/citizen. May his soul continue to rest in peace |
yoruboid:Bigot spotted. Why not God bless Nigeria? |
Kosi ino, kosi owo, kosi jeun I still love my country, tho ![]() |
Saao:Shar-rr-ap. Not everything is a joke and sentiment |
Na only Suleiman. Watch Iginla's goal-post-shifting ones, and you will now understand that these guys are scammers in the house of God. Unfortunately the religious-opium addicted members are blinded from reason. May God help us |
garykoeman:Make I reason your side because your post is laced with tribalism and sentiments. Wise up bro, there is difference between reality and passion |
Obrigardo:Correct 😁 |
Mikelarteta:Wetin you wan see? 😁😁 |
