There are many things to consider in taking a decision such as this. I don't like quoting figures, but from what I am seeing, if you have a honest and reliable person that can handle it, with 10-15 million, you open your house and live in it comfortably. The money consuming aspects are the foundation, roofing, windows, doors and internal finishing I advice you not to be scared, hold that amount I quited and see the extent the building will reach. 5 Likes |
