that statement of account is the issue o since i need her to be enabled for online banking to be able to get it.

You can use your details to appeal self your ID and the card copies explain it is for your sister like a colleague did.. he stated the card was for his wife it was Accepted he was able to fund 100$ once

i dont understand,are u saying i should use every detail i used on my first card to appeal for this second one xcept the card detail photos

You will have to try it to find out on April 1st, since u exhausted ur monthly limit on ur card. I suggest u appeal that ur sister card, u will enjoy the benefit soon. Don't be discourage

i doubt if i will appeal o because that my sis is lazy about going to the bank for that online banking applicaion but i no blame m sha considering the bank distance from where i say which is quite far.

pls guys theirs one issue m facing now, that my mastercard is now usable at-list i ve exhausted my allocated $100 for the month,but i needed another card to complete a transaction,so i used my sis card, which i used to fund $10 for the first trial and twas successful. on the second attempt, it requested for an appeal,now my question is;since the second card is requesting for an appeal and its not mine,can i still use my first card to do transactions ie funnding my alipocket.

I dont hate MTK devices, am comparing the slim N4x to phones with low powered processor and huge bulging batteries.. Note4 prime is an SD625 ( a well known power efficent soc)phone with a huge battery just as the N4X, It is supposed to have better endurance, 5 inch as opposed to N4x's 5.5 screen..

always try to ascertain properly first.note 4 prime doesnt come with SD625 it has an MTK chipset, infact theres nothing like note 4 prime with SD chipset.

Good news guys, my appeal that i applied on saturday has finally been approved this morning
the following documents is what used for the appeal.
my temporal voters card(if you see as this thing old,you go laugh but anyway twas laminated)
account statement
mastercard(front and back)

after this now, what next guys,should i wait another 24hrs?

check my latest comment, I just did it without an appeal. I was thinking the appeal is a protocol for every card user must do. Guess its by luck

both items probably has different shipping duration,the screen guard will likely take awhile to arrive. Hope I answered ya issue correctly

Appeal would most likely be rejected,na to simply do another one,but if den accept that appeal,and you try to fund with your normal card,u wud enter appeal again,so you woukd upload the correct card then,
All dos ones that hide numbers wen dey send to allxpress for funding,well i dont hide shiii,alixpress is safe,so the fact you exposed all your numbers dont mean anytin,but irs not bad to be too careful thou.

thnkx for the relief bro it really helped,am already thinking of tranfering every fund in that gtb acount to another account till the case get verified . but the case whereby the appeal will be rejected I actually don't understand since i was directed by the CC to do so.

I mistakingly sent a wrong mastercard pix to aliexpress mail since the appeal button is no longer available on the dashboard, I was then directed to use their email terminal for the appeal by the CC. But I mistakingly sent the unedited card pix exposing all the card front numbers. What should I do now?

i have all my credentials ready for the appeal,i had a live chat with one of the ali reps but theirs another problem; she told me i ve to provide statement of account with the bank logo attached and in .jpg format but the one i got from gtbank online has no logo and its in pdf/xml format. which kind wahala be this now ? and i cant even see the appeal button on my aliexpress dashboard. and again is it necessary to fill the alipay form for alipocket if so,whats is identity doc number ? help needed ASAP. no time
