No one here can provide adequate answer to this. I will advice you choose which center is closest to you. All applications, I believe, are sent to a portal and they're done regardless of the center they're sent from. They'd attend to your application within the given timeframe. Just do your part and leave the rest for God.

Actually not all. The WhatsApp group I joined from telegram was surprisingly good. No one says anything illegal.
They post pictures of their landings, environment. POE updates, gives advice on what to carry and whatnot.
Just people sharing experience and warnings.

Questions are answered almost immediately.

But still people should be cautious sha!

I agree with you. I think the whole essence of the WhatsApp group thing is to provide quick response and live chat.

It's the MAs decision to either submit whatever he has plus cover letter or wait till the ECO requests for it

At this point it is at the ECOs disgression on whether to approve or deny dependant and/or revoke MAs visa

There are ECOs that wouldn't care and there are some that will dig deep

1. MA is still in Nigeria.

2. MA has own POF in his account, although splitted in domicilliary and naira account. Should he submit both alongside that of the spouse?

3. The idea of cover letter is awesome. MA should attach, detailing his own and the spouse statements and any in-betweens. And maybe miscellaneous as well; such as relationship with the spouse, how long they have been together and more.

Hi @Duchess90 I'm back at this please.

Dependant POF in her account would mature this week. MA already has Visa, is still in Nigeria and would be traveling early next month. However, before initiating POF for dependent, MA had converted a large chunk of his own money in account into cash dollars. On a second thought, MA changes the dollars back to Naira and put in account, which was around last week. This makes a lump sum deposit in MAs account.

Now, MA was thinking POF for dependant in her account is all that is required and should be enough as proof while MA submitting his statements is just by the way to show that funds aren't recycled and not a necessary condition.

At this point, can MA go ahead to submit his statements knowing the sum total isn't up to 28 days? Meanwhile, MA has over $2000 in domiciliary account which has been there for months. Would a cover letter explain the discrepancy on MAs part?

Try to add an extra 1000 pounds for currency fluctuations.

University of Birkbeck is your best bet.
2k deposit and they offer 6-12 month installment of the balance tuition.

It won't and can't affect your application. I doubt they would refer to that, but should they, you could give a plausible reason like, at the time of applying to schools, you were undecided on whether to go alone or with your family, and that now, you have an informed decision on that. The declaration does not affect your CAS issuance to start with, its just a regular ask by the Unis.

Okay, I have 10 years study gap. I've been working but stopped working 2 years ago. Before applying for admission, I was advised to close the employment gap. So my CV says that I'm still working. That's why I'm worried they might ask to see my salaries.

I doubt they would demand for salary slips but then, 2yrs isn't long enough to raise dusts over. But if you can, ensure to close the gap on your CV, but be sure to make it as convincing as possible.

As stated maintenance within London is £1334 x 9 and that of outside London is £ 1023 x 9

With the above calculations we will be needing not more than 14m but I decided to make it 20m.

Please is 20m enough as POF for 2 now with the above explanations?

If for you and your spouse, then that's more than enough except your tuition balance is enormous.

Is there anyone that did biometrics on 31st March(Friday),and has gotten decision. I did a paid call but my dependant application is still awaiting decision,I told her to remain calm but she is worried, simply because some people that did biometrics on April 3rd(Monday)has been decided.

MA is the priority, not the dependent. So long she did not get any NSF mail from UKVI, then there is nothing to worry about. All is well!

1. You necessarily dont need SOP when applying for Visa except its to the Uni, in anticipation of your Offer. But then, if you must, you can mention the Business name as it is on IG, while inserting the page url eg www.instagram.com/mybusiness. You highlight in concise details what the business is about, how long its been up and the success you have achieved thus far, and how the business puts you in good standing for your future goals.

2. Reach out to your top customers and indulge them to help reference you. In the letter, they will speak about how long they have known your business and how good your business relationship is with them. You might look out for persons who own their own business so they could use their letter head.

I guess at some point in the past, it was required. Moreso, i read somewhere it is required for Work visa, but it doesnt apply here.

Hi, your friend will have to provide evidence of that payment. He should ensure to provide a tenable proof such as business transactional payment, self deposit of said sum in the account etc. Whatever he drops must be tenable beyond reasonable doubt. Remember that, the ECO is well trained to sniff any lies, just ensure to make it make sense.
