You can also ask them to defer your admission to February in the case they insist November is late.

You can get one, but its not easy to get. Besides, not every bank issues Credit card.

There is no specified means of POF on their website, so whichever one you can go with should be ok.

If its for the embassy appointment, you can use Booking.com or speak with your school. Most schools have arrangements with private hostel facilities, so they can give you a contact or they book a space for you.

He shouldn't have gone ahead with the online. He stands a chance of denial if he eventually gets a date. They'd admonish him to continue and finish online.

What about creating an enabling platform to support and expand her dreams.

Why not give her the needed publicity or set up a forum that would make her reach more students along her primary objectives? Create an SPV to encourage and train more of her type etc.

A car is just another liability. Assuming she is on a salary of 100k how would she maintain it? Whereas those enabling environment is capable of making her own more cars if she plays by the rules.

Government is not meant to do everything for us, and they can't.

Now that she has gotten a car reward from the government, she has their ears and attention. It is up to her now to draft a proposal to the ministry of education and also solicit for private partnership and funding. She can bring in business consultants to work on something as well.

Unless your school demands that you legalize your documents at the Polish embassy as a condition before giving your admission, then I will say not to bother yourself till you get the visa approval. Getting the visa is the goal. Legalization can come much later. Just legalize at the MOE and MOFA, and you ar good.

You cant pair with someone. You have to book it online and come on the date you are given. You can also get it through someone. I mean, you dont have to be there physically, you can achieve that through a proxy.
