The 1 month is not feasible to be honest, even if you pay to fast track it. You are adviced to be open to buying from the black market or pay with form A and defer to the next admission date.

It depends

1. If the MA is in the UK he/she will be presenting tuition receipt, rent, bills etc so far since his arrival plus the balance in his account

2.The duration can differ, ideally it should be minimum 1month, what some interesting ECOs ask for is POF evidence since the MAs application till date, if the MA has that then he/she can submit it.

3.A cover letter usually helps to clarify things.

1. MA is still in Nigeria.

2. MA has own POF in his account, although splitted in domicilliary and naira account. Should he submit both alongside that of the spouse?

3. The idea of cover letter is awesome. MA should attach, detailing his own and the spouse statements and any in-betweens. And maybe miscellaneous as well; such as relationship with the spouse, how long they have been together and more.

Hi duchess90, a quick question please; doing POF for the spouse, its been advised here on the thread to equally show bank statements of the MA to show at least that funds are not recycled. In this situation, is the MA equally to show a 28 day bank statements or closing balance only?

Where did you get that info from? You can use any commercial bank and meet up with required duration.

My boyfriend got admitted to do his masters at the university of Hull. I want to join him as a dependant, but we are having issues getting a marriage certificate, have gone to ministry of interior here in Port Harcourt they told me he has to be around so a marriage can officially be conducted, I tried explaining to them that he already traveled but they insist on him begin around. I would like to know of there is a way I can go about it.

Another thing is that he applied as single when he was applying to the school. Will this affect him in anyway?

If they insist he must be around, then he must be around. Court marriages in my opinion are not done in absentia. You might consider doing a traditional marriage.

And no, him indicating he was single at the time of application would not affect.

The study gap is small, shouldn't be an issue.

I will say you just do the SOP. The reference letters would be an issue as they won't tally with the companies on your CV.

In that regard, you submit SOP and reference letters.

Oh ok... My take on this would be to stick with the one you submitted to school. Adding your actual work experiences could create some lapses that would require explaining. Just run with what worked with the school. Once you arrive UK, you can revert to your actual CV. The error was no fault of yours.

What of name? If names don't tally then that's a problem and I would wonder how school ommitted that.

If they're different, I'd suggest you don't submit it at all to UKVI. Write a Statement of purpose (SOP) instead. Detail in it your work experiences and how they relate to your future career goals.

Yes, it's adviced tho not necessary. It only helps prove that funds are not recycled.

That should not be a problem so long you can prove beyond reasonable doubt that she's your wife. Having been married 2 years could be an advantage but better yet if y'all lived together in that timeframe.

When I was registering for my admission, the agent that handled my admission submitted something different for my CV although I didn't submit any reference letter for admission just my CV. Now that I want to apply for VISA, can I use a different CV entirely? This has been giving me sleepless night

It's always advisable to submit a CV, but it's not necessarily required. However, so long both CV have your name and same content, there shouldn't be a problem. It would only be a problem if there are noticeable or clear discrepancies on both.

Hotels in ikeja are quite pricy. You might think of considering proxy locations like Ojodu, Ogba etc if you're considering cost. You'd only live early for your appointment.

You'd submit every document that proves beyond reasonable doubt that she's your wife.

No, it shouldn't. When you're submitting, submit your CAC documents alongside especially the 2 page data which has your passport photograph. That would show up the correlation between you and the business.

He applied for Msc and he got rejection from over 10 schools saying his Bsc certificate did not meet the requirements. PS, he graduated from a school in Benin Republic.

He has a good reason to apply for BSC. He should it a try. If at any point he's asked why he chose to do another BSc, he can put forth the above.

How people stay confident that they can cheat a working system would never cease to amaze me.

All top European countries share information regarding immigration. Its almost an open book amongst them. They will nab you in the end and you get a lengthy ban across board. Just be honest with them and if you can, explain why you got the ban.

I know some schools would deny you a CAS; reason being they fear you might be denied eventually, but there are many there would not mind, so long you have a cogent reason. Na we, Nigerians de do ourselves really. I wish that bros all the very best!
