Confirm the VIN, is it " 1HGCM56825A035556"? I can help run a check.

While the suggestions above are great, don't you think it would have been better you provide basic info on your system e.g pc type (laptop/desktop),  hardware specs (RAM, CPU, Disk Size & Usage, etc), software (i.e operating system, anti virus if any, firewall, services running at boot, etc).

With these, someone should be able to proffer you solutions.

May I also suggest that posters be kind enough to update their thread with approach taken upon finding a solution - that way others could learn.

Adding TVC is commended, however the video/pix quality on HiTV is appalling compared to viewing it on terrestrial.

The quality of TVC on terrestrial (i.e. with ordinary aerial antenna) actually beats most of HiTV channels, hopefully something will be done to improve this.

It's no rocket science. I bought my K750i Nov. 2005, using the SE update service sometime Mar. 2006 (during Census period), update was successful, but to my surprise, my phone won't turn on again. The only option I have was to flash the phone and not wanting any fake engineers to tamper with it - I had to Google for solution.

I can't tell about their service, but considering they have a UNIFIED ACCESS SERVICE LICENCE which makes them a little different from GSM operators, they should also be able to operate nationwide, just like Starcomms, MultilinksTelkom, Reltel, etc.

If your client have a public IP, enable TCP access to MySQL port (default 3306) from your webhost, grant access privilege to database user that will be connecting remotely, point your PHP app to connect to clients public IP and you should be fine.
