@kunle, dere was nothing like interview after the essay. They just gave us our 2k each. I was even late cos I also went for another interview. The Essay was captured thus: Function

I got the text message too but I am not gonna come for the test.. I have written the test and gone for the interview before when I was serving but I was informed to come back cos I passed both the test and interview but I was serving and had ₪☺ time to participate in the training. Now I am working and can't take 3 weeks leave for the training. The test is simple 10 scrabbled words, question about Olympic (when it's starting),pioneer or S̶̲̥̅Ơ̴̴̴̴̴̴͡,then u will write an essay on how to rejuvenate the falling standard of education (give at least 3 points).. After the test, u will go for 5 mins interview where they will ask u about ur background and if u will be available for 3 weeks training in maitama sule. If u will be availabale, then dey will invite u.. It's a training that will repackage u on what employers want in employee and how to be self reliant.. They are gonna equip u by HR of difft company about CV, Interview.. U are gonna have project, powerpoint presentation and at times u might just be lucky to catch the attention of any of the HR but it's a worthwhile training.. All the besdt

The application is on net not but the issue is they removing it once in a while. At least btw now and 30 Sept, maintain a close watch with their website.. They write test almost every month now. A friend wrote last month, I have mine on sat. I applied a month a go.

Because the test was hand writtten dts y is taking time..

I went for the interview last week, and they told me to come around for the training once I finish my service (June something) but definitely I'm gonna miss the first week. the exact commencement date for the training has not bn passed across.

I will be passing out in some days time.. And I have bn thinking of what life holds for me after service. I invested a little on myself during this service year, wrote ICAN exam and now qualified as a Chartered Accountant despite having my first degree in another field entirely.. I have really learnt alot from all your post but if I could have my way, I would go for my MBA but currently facing the challenge of how to finance it. This has made me to start forwarding my CV all around. I have written some tests and now in second or 3rd stage of some of the offers. As a result of the financial constraint, I have decided to work for 2 years and proceed for my masters in 2014. I would appreciate it, if an experienced fellow in this forum can further advice me if there is any other alternative to my plans..

Based on the information on their facebook page, dey said they would hold the interview nextweek wednesday and if u get a mail btw yesterday and wednesday, dt shows u are successful but if not...

There is no cogent reason why we should have ministry of Northern affairs if the Northern Governors are up and doing. There is nothing special in the work description stated by Ogbeni Aregbe. Its the duty and role of the Governors oo provide all that. Is this the best time to even create more ministries? when we are all saying that the cost of governance in this country is too high. Establishing a new ministry now, means another amount will be allocated yearly to ministry, thus increase structural cost of governance in the country. Another ministry is not the solution but the effective discharge of their duties
