To build a single storey building in Nigeria today requires a minimum of 110million Naira, this does not include cost of buying land.

Workers have certain rights just as well as employers do.

It's also like a tenant and landlord contract. Both has rights. Sometimes the tenant or worker is even more protected under such laws/conditions and are not "subservient "

The truth is most people are either ignorant, unwilling to go through the legal process, or don't just have trust in the judiciary to pursue such rights. That's why employers take advantage of them.

Edo state will have this problem because the state has been cornered by oshiomole....so the money/resources are probably being shared...just like wike and his boy wld have been doing if that one had not rebelled...it is possible that wike and d current military head likely have d same arrangement in place.....maybe when wike has gotten the amount he invested and his projected gain from the state...fubara can go back and really have his own government...then run it how he deems fit..

So...most apc states are likely going to have that issue because of how much they have to remit ...to their main Godfathers..as well as the party centre...
