It means full demand by buyers to purchase a particular stock at the highest price for the day, which is usually +10% (as laid down by NSE).
E.g. MTNN is in full bid in today's market. Buyers queue up to buy it at the highest price its selling.
It closed at N116 Xtyday and the price buyers are willing to buy, even as at now is N127.60

Interprete that in the other way round if its "Full offer" (which is -10%).

As for UACN, you're right! I left when there were conflicting opinions on it (I equally mentioned it here too), and since I hate to lose money, I planned to come back if it comes back to around 7naira or below, projected for it by our oga Rabbi.
I had no regret however because NSE is here and opportunities abound. Money must be made.
