No am not longer in wapco and yes I didn't make much off it, I didn't loss either, just saying BUA has such a huge margin from WAPCO which is not a good sign for WAPCO
It's okay then. Thought you again jumped in higher.

As for Wapco and BUA, you can't draw up conclusion just like that....many factors to consider.
They may be in same sector but with different analysis, sentiments, factors that can push them at different times, etc.
Wapco has done so well by moving from 8.85/9.00 to N25.......then back to 21.....that's over 100% ........the stock will need a trigger to again move the bus.
Remember Wapco just came out of the wood too.......think patience is required here.

It is too late to buy now, the price has moved over 50%. i see the price droping seriously after 31st December.
I got what you're trying to say here.

Some investors won't wait for reconstruction before disposing off their holdings once bonuses are added by 31st, thereby crashing the share price.

I think this is where bargain hunters should set their traps.
Once support is sighted after the assumed heavy selloff, then you key-in at cheaper price, then wait for reconstruction/post reconstruction period.
Those not yet in the bus but willing to give it a trial can join here.

We however can't categorically say that there will or there won't be heavy sell off.
Some may use the opportunity to buy more shares and increase their holdings, then wait for reconstruction to take place.

We see how it goes.........

OBAGADAFFI:
The price hasn't moved by 50%.
The price might drop after bonus distribution .
AXAMANSARD:
Your previous calculation was wrong as you were told.

As it is now, the post bonus price = 0.64kobo (share price marked down already)

Post reconstruction price will be multiplied by 4.
This will depend on the closing share price of Mansard a day before the reconstruction takes effect.

Share reconstruction will take effect on 9th February, 2021
For instance: If Mansard closed at N1 by February 8th 2021, the price will be multiplied by 4 and Mansard will open on 9th February as N4

TABLE 3:
No of shares held pre-reconstruction (or no. of shares post bonus issuance) (E) 3,840
Post bonus share price (F) ₦0.64
Value of shares (3,840 shares @ N0.64) (G) = E*F ₦2,457.60
No. of shares held post reconstruction - Basis 1 for every 4 (H) = E/4 960
Share price post reconstruction (I) = F*4 ₦2.56
Value of shares (960 shares @ N2.56) = (J) = H*I ₦2,457.60

Note: the actual price post reconstruction will depend on the closing price, prior to the day, the reconstruction is effected.

I've mentioned Lasaco tired here as a penny stock.....since the time it was trading at 25kobo.
Quite a lot of activities there today. You may keep eye on it.
Mansard was discussed here too.......below N1.
NEM below 1.50/1.60...........Nem is a N2+/N3 stock on a good day. You can see that shareholders are not even willing to release it at markdown/current price.

I've been talking about this BUA since the days of CCNN. Gave 'buy' nod at 28/32 after merger. At 60 now, what you're asking me is a big test.
Anyway, BUA has shown resilience and still showing........The stock is getting set to give dangcem a good run, it's a good coy and a competitor to Dangcem.
If you can take the risk buy some. If it pullback, buy another tranch.......be buying in tranches.......but know that this is not a quick quick stock where you expect it to be jumping anyhow.........it's for medium to long term.

You can take your chances with flourmills if you can get at circa 25/26........something is brewing in that coy from the look of things .......

Also remember not to go in fully, this is end of year season and end of financial year for many coys, they'll be closing their books by 31st and there'll be lots of price manipulations around this time, just be very cautious.
ALTERNATIVELY, wait till next year Jan-Mar........Feb especially... .....we keep monitoring trend of events.....God willing.

Edited: I've not been following on Eterna.

Madam, I’ve been begging for a penny stock from you to enter, let me follow you chop na
I know I mentioned Royalex but it's yet to respond........I've been checking for updates on the meeting outcome of the board and plan to post once I get it, so people can know if it's favourable or not.

Also, it's always advisable for newbies to buy sound fundamental stocks. My ogas used to post stock picks before but not doing much now, maybe because of market situation.

If you want to play in the market, you can set aside certain percentage you can afford to risk, maybe 10%, 20% or 30% for trading .....depending on your purse. Deal with emotions, take the risk, jump out with little or no haircut if it's going southwards, collect your 10,20,30 or 50% if it's northwards and look out for another bargain, etc.
Megawealth posted that he already collected his capital + some gains in FTNCOCOA for instance, whatever units that are left is profit and to continue with the game......

So........that's it for now.

Na wa o. You made me feel like I was hiding info from you. smiley
I've been posting these things here nah!
Before FTNCocoa was suspended and after suspension was lifted. The restructuring plan and market updates on how the market was/is taking-in the info, the reduction in debt, etc. I've been posting updates for Japaul too.

Some of these penny stocks are for risk takers, you know. It's difficult to just say go and buy. I can say for the fundamental ones but penny can be sideways and Mr. Market may/may not respond to the positive infos.

Also, you're somehow new here, that's why you don't know some things that had happened in the past.
Mentioning some of these penny stocks here is like a risk I'm taking self.
I'd came under attacks in the past and just have to be discreet in mentioning them.........some Nsempas can decode when I post some updates......I want to believe some take risks and accept the consequences too. Maybe you've also not been following comments here as well. If anyone ask me, I'll give my opinion.

Megawealth01 took risk in this same FTNCocoa.......it was trading at range 23-25 after suspension was lifted before it took off. Even myself posting it was skeptical at first....not like anyone is sure of anything.

The updates are for our info as well as a means to know market trend and maybe, take some calculated risks.
