ndidigood: *processed transfer form(get acknowledged copy from cscs) *valid I'd *cscs statement of account Guess they requested for these cos you have name or signature issue, if not that wouldn't be necessary. All you need to do is to download the form, fill it, take it to bank for verification/stamping and, take it to the registrar for submission OR you tell your bank to submit on ur behalf. Think its easy enough like that. |

locodemy: Calm down and process it with them amicably. You letter addressed to them, copied to sec or whatever can't help you.you are a single investor not institutional.Remember that this is Naija where rules/laws are not fully applied. Take it easy.Even your response to them is hostile........ Think Loco's right. I refrained from saying similar thing cos I don't want to be seen as someone encouraging such act. You think they don't know what's right? Just do your own, when time comes, SEC knows what to do to make them comply. |

phemmie06: I thought as much that was why I already have my plan B, to take it to the bank meanwhile I will respond on their behalf and notify sec, by the time I copied some of the SEC officials someone will be forced to attend to my mail If you don't follow plan B, who will? People that's unwilling to pay self. I want to believe SEC was aware of it too, maybe they're just making it one step at a time. |

All the necessary details needed has been provided including the Chn which is not a necessity. I believe you should be able to to bridge the gap of digital divide and not you widening it because I strongly believe you have the resources. Even registrars that are less exposed have long moved forward. Thanks" Now waiting for their response. Though I will also take the form to the bank I doubt if they'll reply you again. |

They have been consistent in div payment and their prices are relatively stable too, especially during bearish period. My opinion. |

Mpeace: FBNH NPL ratio went up in the last year. It now stands at 25%. I no kw hw market go react to the result sha but you are correct to say that dividend yield went up. They paid 25k last year and now paying 26kobo. 1kobo up. Up na Up whether na half kobo. Oh! You're right that they paid 25k, and I mentioned its 10k here no one corrected me, does it mean people dont read comments here? 10k should be for which year then cos that's what is registered in my head. Can you please confirm this for me. Well, there's positive sentiment towards FBN, so some things might not really matter to investors after all. My opinion. |

Looking at Vitafoam, its not doing bad at all. If it should move from illiquid to liquid, it will be one of the stocks that will be pulling nice stunts in NSE. Imagine a stock of less than 4naira paying dividend of 25k and bonus issue of 1:5! Chai money is good ooo, one will just keep that one in one side to be poo-ing dividend every year, and possibly price appreciation at its own pace. |

makashava: Fbnh paying 0.26k dividend is below expectation. Uba even thrives better. I'll rather call that an improvement cos it means their profit ploughback is paying off and their issues are getting resolved. Time for "investors" to start monitoring it so as to jump in, if at all its share price is punished for the low dividend. Na my opinion be that. My tishas are really trying. |
