I am in the line at the bus stop waiting. Thought you said you're in the bus already. Driver refused to stop at 30k bus-stop despite conductor's shouting owa o, owa o. |

Skymoore1004: I meant I have 200k to invest in the NSE stock market. So if eg Dangote is a good one, I can buy 10k worth of shares. So I’m just looking for the right stocks to buy I’m a novice in NSE I read so many stock recommendations, Bros you have to hold your money for now and learn first, like Pluto advised. The way you can gain is the way you can lose money in NSE.....so be guided. |

Skymoore1004: Please no vex, can someone suggest the top Nigerians stock to buy and how many shares will be sufficient to see gain? Is the NSE booming at all like the US market? I am willing to buy stock of up to 200k if need be. Please advise, thank you in advance First of, you have to register with a broker. Then, you still have read to get basic idea of how NSE works cos one can easily conclude that you know next to nothing about Nigeria stock market. You can get some recommendations here but you should know that it depends on many factors and timing too. As for how many shares to buy to see gain, you can even get gain on 1unit. However, the larger the units, the better. Someone with 100k units can't get same return as someone with 1M. Someone with 1M can't get same with 10M......if all purchase at same price. |

locodemy: Top Nigerian stocks you can buy with 200k aby? Answer:Nestle, seplat,Airtel.
I think the best question should be Nigerian penny stocks to buy with 200k. Answer:fcmb, fidelity,Npf,neimeth etc.
You can as well ask for Kobo Kobo stocks like chams, courteville, japaul etc.
These two should fit your 200k better than the top ones.Be guilded Your matter tire me. How can you advice newbies to buy the likes of courtville and co? Oldbies self are running away.......except for those with liver. |

Do you think it's a good idea to buy Gtbank anytime soon. Anytime soon? Depends on the timeframe you're looking at. Banking sector is currently witnessing pullback, keep watching price movement and events in market to know when it's good to dive in. |

Godlylifeoneart: CHAMS has been very quiet of late. The possibility of this company benefitting from post covid economy is high. Many higher and corporate institutions of learning are set to join their clients list. Considering the fact that the way we do things might never be the same. Nigeria cannot be an exception. Social distancing has come to stay. I can see many corporate institutions utilizing their services. Maybe or not, A worthy risk for jijo and investors We might see upward journey at circa 0.45 to 0.85 by July ending. Just my research and findings. Not a crystal ball analysis. Thanks sir for this. We keep watching this space. Caveat: Not any form of advice please. Dont come here and throw insult that someone mislead you oooo. You're responsible for any decision taking by you. See how you missed out on cheap, free and effortless money that time? Pls don't get me wrong, I respect your personal opinion and decision, only that we are all here to make money, we should allow people make their call. pluto09: We have been there before so some of us are not moved. When you see people trying to validate their call on a stock with upwards movement in price without any corresponding improvement in company fundamentals. When you don belleful, how will you be moved? JAPAULOIL sold for 20kobo on Monday and delivered 50% today, within 5 working days, I wonder how you won't expect someone like me to follow smart money chop. I can remember vividly how you opposed me during the CCNN time. Stock delivered over 150% ROI (gain) within a space of less than two months. The tiny units @13+ in my portfolio is currently showing over 200% gain. I understand if a particular stock doesn't fall within your investment goal but please, let's not discourage people from making a call here. Individual's responsibility is to carry out due diligence by themselves before they decide to buy or not to buy .......just saying..... |

rebekah2011: return to profitability going forward ke? Have you looked at the revenue and administrative expenses. A coy sold almost all its assets to pay down on bank loans and you are hoping for a right management. I like your closing remarks. We wait and see how it goes. You're right......but it may be a new beginning for the coy or they'll offer the coy for sale at premium. We all are guessing here I believe. |

sellydion: Anything can happen at NSE! The situation of JP was properly depicted by Pa E. Anyway it is serving our interest. We are making money JP need to flesh up. The coy is getting poorer year after year. I read Pa Emma's comment too. He was even sure Japaul will deliver 50% ........or more. He however had his reservations concerning the assets with which they'll continue with operations if I'm right. I want to believe they'll make use of the remaining proceed to set the ball rolling. All depends on right management I think. |

What held me back initially was the cost of sales aspect.......but later viewed it from the positive perspective. With right management in place, JAPAULOIL may have returned to profitability going forward. We wait and see how it goes |

Mcy56: Nestle traded at 700+ intraday. About price going lower, it may or may not......but likely may go down a bit more.
To me, there's no good time to acquire nestle than now, it's such a rare opportunity that comes once in a while like this.........from 700+ but it's better to wait maybe it will get to 600+, that will be a good bargain. Purely my opinion. I can remember this post made in response to someone here on March 28. Nestle sold down to 650 or thereabout around that time. 2weeks gone with Nestle on full bid even at over N1000, no one is willing to sell. Prof and few other ogas here doubted this, maybe because I'm not a guru or chartist. Yes, I'm an ordinary student and a keyboard warrior. Cc: coolcash1 |
