To be honest, it is very hard to avoid those distractions, but if you can avoid them often, with time, you'll not find it difficult to avoid them.

Distractions comes in different or many forms and with my experience in life, I was able to recognize them, the pleasure offered by them are very pleasant to the brain and the body, and like I mentioned above, they are destiny killers. As we go further, you'll see those distractions, it is very necessary to avoid them, in order to have a great future or to be successful in any life's endeavors.

Being successful in life is hard, it is not a smooth ride. They are many ups and downs. A lot of obstacles are on the way to derail an individual from being successful. Some of this obstacles can be avoided, but the pleasures derived from them will continually cage their culprit - leaving them helpless. Numerous pleasures and gratification can be derived from those obstacles (let's not talk about witches and wizard or bad luck - I'm talking about our personal choices). However, they are destiny delayers and killers. I referred to those obstacles as distractions.

The Most High Tip: Pursue A Dream or dedicate your time to learn a skill
I called this one the most high tip because it has helped me a lot.

With this, I was able to conquer, and destroy the habit from my life. I found a thing to learn online or offline - I make sure I used my data to learn something on YouTube rather than watching porn. At first, it was very very tough, because I'll be thinking of watching porn while learning something on YouTube - but with determination, I didn't give in.

One thing I noticed about this is that, whenever I'm learning, I'll not look at half naked girls, doing that will lead to view porn immediately. I try as much as possible to keep my eye off nyansh. Lol.

It may be a different thing entirely for other guys, but me I can't see a half naked girl and my dick no go stand up. So, I'll just throw face somewhere. It is better to do that and avoid regrets later.

If you can quit porn and looking at half naked picture, then you'll be successful in quitting masturbation. It is all in our heads. We can tame the urge or allow it to control us.

The disadvantages of masturbation is far more than the advantages. When I used to masturbate, look at some of the consequences:

1. Sad and depressed always
2. Suicidal thought (after the act you'll feel worthless)
3. Guilt and shame
4. Laziness
5. Feeling nervous always
6. Pictures of porn always in my mind - this can make someone not to reason well.

Dedicating your physical and mental energy to worthwile things will help you to get rid of bad thoughts which are capable of leading you to masturbate.

Masturbation drains the energy, so run away from it.
