People had complained that the numbers didn’t add up when after the #BBNaija live eviction show Big Brother showed us how people voted. In the numbers first released, Nina had the highest with 44%, Cee-C followed with 24.38%, then Teddy A with 16.81%, and finally BamBam with 13.37%, giving a total of 98.56%. Big Brother however quickly corrected itself, releasing new numbers on its Twitter with Nina’s bumped to 45.44%. The account wrote: Dear viewers, An incorrect percentage was published for Nina during tonight’s Eviction show. While we deeply regret this error, we wish to state that the audited and verified percentage for Nina is 45.44% as opposed to 44%. We thank you for your usual support & understanding. source: http://www.kendogist.com/2018/04/bbnaija-big-brother-says-incorrect.html

K.Brule has revealed that he was in a relationship with Khloe before their stay in the Big Brother Naija house. K.Brule, who was Khloe's strategic partner during his stay in the house, revealed this during an interview on Rubbin Minds. K.Brule said that their relationship came to an end after he asked that they take thinks slow. “Khloe and I were in a relationship before big brother.I asked for us to take things slow but she opted out with break up,” he said. K.Brule and Khloe were disqualified on Sunday, February 18, after Big Brother issued two Strikes to the pair for provocation. Khloe and K.Brule's disqualification After one of the house parties, Khloe called K.Brule's mother a LovePeddler. Following the offense of provocation, Big Brother gave Khloe a strike, putting the pair on two strikes as K.Brule initially earned them one when he jumped from the balcony and inflicted injury on himself). K.Brule got the pair the third and final strike for threatening to assault Dee-One as well as being called to the Diary Room numerous times and not responding. On Sunday, March 25, Khloe was announced as one of the two ex-housemates voted back to the house as contestants. How K.Brule reacted to Khloe's return to the show K.Brule took to Instagram to share a post that criticizes the return of two evicted housemates. He wrote: "Voting? In a country that voted our current HOS. I didn't expect much. If you voted, thank you. Now I can focus on real-life issues." On Twitter, he retweeted tweets that called out the organizers for taking Khloe, who was 'responsible for their disqualification' back as a housemate. In a series of tweets, K.Brule also blamed their disqualification on Khloe, saying that she insulted his mother and provoked him twice in one night. However, they are currently 9 contestants battling for the 45 million naira grand prize. With 63 days gone, the housemates have 22 more days to spend in the Big Brother Naija house. source: http://www.kendogist.com/2018/04/khloe-and-i-were-in-relationship-before.html

Having harboured the dream of acting since childhood, it is safe to say that fast rising actress, Debby Felix is on her way to leaving her mark in the sands of time. She speaks to DUPE AYINLA-OLASUNKANMI on her first role in Nollywood, how she strives to bring out the best in any role she is given, work, and style, among other issues. What motivates you as an actress? Well, I have always wanted to be so many things; scientist, doctor, cleaner, teacher, being pregnant and so on. I am interested in what it would be like to be you and that is what motivates me. As an actor, I get to be you, her and every other person. What has been your biggest career challenge so far? I am yet to face my biggest career challenge. And I know when it comes, I will overcome. I’m steadily looking forward to it. Have you ever considered branching out into directing or screenwriting? Yes, I’ve considered screenwriting the most. I had done a little writing on my Instagram handles. I’m certain that with time, that side of me will blossom. I have also considered directing, but mostly for music videos. I look forward to seeing these dreams of mine come true. What do you consider when taking on a role? I take into consideration the positive message it will pass across. I also look at the challenges that comes along with it. In your opinion, what are some of the biggest issues facing the Nigerian film industry? In my opinion, I’d say one of the huge issues we still experience in Nollywood is that of finances or funds. If funds are readily available, I believe we’d have the capacity to grow beyond what we are now. We also need more good stories with compelling dialogue. We have some, but we need more. Tell us about your first role? My first role was in the movie, ‘Another Time’ produced by Uduak Isong for Closer Pictures. It was commissioned by Africa Magic. It was a lead role and It was quite challenging because it was my first time acting. I had to fall in love with an older man; I had to cry without feeling hurt. I had to become the character. It was draining but it was worth it. And I was still in film school, Royal Arts Academy, at the time. What was the experience like for you? It was an awesome experience and I felt privileged to play that role. I’m glad I was able to bring it to life. I bet you’d catch it on Africa Magic one of these days. How do you balance your career with having a personal life? I draw the line and I create time for myself, especially my family and loved ones. They are the ones who will be there when everyone else isn’t. You seem to be in perfect shape. Do you observe any special regimen? I watch what I eat and I take lots of water and fruits. An apple a day keeps the doctor away. That’s what they say. Is it true about the notion that having breast or butt implants is an assurance for getting lead roles? Whatever is meant to be yours will never miss you even if you are flat chested. And it depends on the role really. If it’s for the big breasted, then you are lucky. Are you a designer freak? Not at all. My life is actually very simple and I enjoy it that way. I’m a lover of simplicity and class; it doesn’t necessarily have to be a known designer. As long as it fits my body type and I’m super comfortable in it, I’ll throw it on and rock it. Aren’t you a little too beautiful to be an actress? There is no spectacle on earth more appealing than that of a beautiful woman on TV or a beautiful woman in the act of cooking dinner for someone she loves. But don’t you think you would have fared better in a corporate environment? Well I always go where the winds call my name. And for now it’s calling me here to star as a TV girl. Maybe tomorrow it would call and ask me to come as an ambitious corporate worker. What is your idea of being the best? It’s not about being the best for me. I don’t strive to be the best. I strive to be unique. Being the best makes you number one but being unique makes you the only one. And that becomes your power. Is it true that women don’t normally get the credit they deserve from their peers? I don’t know about that. But I can speak for myself and my peers; I call them my inner circle. We support each other the best way we can. Do you have a secret crush? (Laughs) Yes I do. What is the biggest sacrifice you have made? I always try to sacrifice my happiness for the ones I love. If my spirit agrees with yours, then l come to my selfless journey. I go out of my way to make you happy, even when it’s not convenient. Where do you hope to be in five years? Well every child deserves an opportunity to succeed. To make their dreams become a reality. Every child deserves a super hero or a champion. Someone who would never give up on them, someone who understands the power of connection and insists that they become the best that they can possible be. Especially those we call the juvenile offenders. In five years’ time, I want to be that superhero so help me God. And get married too. What’s your goal for this year? Honestly I think about it everyday; it’s getting closer to God, all other things will then be added for sure. Source: http://www.kendogist.com/2018/04/nollywood-diva-debby-felix-day-i-fell.html

Famous actress, Tonto Dikeh, who was seen by many as the daughter in-law of former President Olusegun Obasanjo renounced any serious tie with the elder-statesman Tonto’s ex-husband, Olakunle Churchill, is thought to be the former president’s nephew and many at times their son, king Andrea, has always been said to be the grandson of Obasanjo, but the actress has kicked against such claim and impression. This was after an Instagram account, “Celebritys_ Kid” shared a photo of Tonto Dikeh’s son, King Andre, sitting on Obasanjo’s lap while Olakunle Churchill stared on.” Tonto Dikeh was fast to call out the page saying that it was all a lie and that had to do with her son’s image. She said; “Exc u s e me, that is my son and that’s not his grandfather in any way. Baba is a great man and has been wonderful to me and my son , but unfortunately we have no blood relationship with baba. I wouldn’t have you using my son’s image for a lie. He has two grandfathers, one is late and mine is very much alive. I was as ignorant as you until I found the truth so please and please again. It was trouble stirred by ex housemates, as Khloe and Anto re-entered the Big Brother Naija House. The duo’s re-entry on Sunday’s live show follows a week long campaign for viewers to vote back two of their favourite evicted housemates, even as the other housemates came to terms with the fact that they had been pranked by Big Brother with respect to the week’s nominations. Sunday’s show kicked off with performances by Nigerian vocal powerhouse, Waje as she sang her popular song, I’m available’ and Indigenous Nigerian rapper, Zoro, who rendered a medley of ‘Bianca’ and his hit track ‘Ogene.’ Suspense began to mount after Ebuka told the housemates they had been saved from the fake evictions but nonetheless kept them in limbo regarding their fate in the Big Brother house. All the actions took place as viewers waited anxiously to know who would be returning to the house. The duo of Anto and Khloe were eventually announced as the returning housemates who would be getting a second shot at winning the coveted prize of N25 million, an SUV and other prizes totalling N45 million. A further twist emerged with Ebuka announcing that he would be partying inside the Big Brother House on Saturday alongside another special guest who remains unknown. source: http://www.kendogist.com/2018/03/anto-khloe-re-enter-bbnaija.html
