its a big hard cover book that is filled by every registered corp member.its contain columns for a serial no,name of corp member,call up no,state code,add,name of next of kin,university attended,discipline,next of kin add in case of emergency and also the phone nos of corp member and next of kin.while that of lga own had add of ppa and phone no. of ppa.female use red pen and male use blue pen in mu own camp.i dont know what colour of pen others used elsewhere?
