Inauguration was scheduled for 10am and all members of National Assembly were informed. Proceedings started at 10am. A quorum of 1/3rd of the members was formed.

yea..But picking a running mate in the opposition is a big blow. And we all know this is one of the reasons he has the backing of almost all the PDP senator elect. PDP can't jst support Saraki like that, he must have promised the party(PDP) some other things probably to the detriment of his party. Its a complete sell out as far as I am concerned. When your APC was conducting mock elections organized by Tinubu in ICC declaring femi and Lawan as APC's sole candidates for the leadership of National Assembly, where were you? Master game changers PDP monitored you guys quietly and didn't say anything. Just for them to come out yesterday and declare that their preferred candidates were Saraki and Dogara. And u guys were beating eating your ewedu and Amala and cursing. What then happened today? The opposition's preferred candidates won.
And you know the worst? Whenever nPDP's Saraki is not around to preside senate deliberations, it is PDP's Ike ekwerenmadu that will be on the hot seat and be issuing you ruling party orders. Welcome to parliamentary politics.
