very intelligent post I must say, I wanted to register an NGO few years ago and it took a very rigorous process and long time to get it registered. I asked the lawyer who was in charge if this is what churches go thru to get registered cos its the same category, the lawyer laughed very hard and said that most churches in Nigeria are not registered with CAC, even the so called big ones, I was shocked.

I am a practicing christian but truth be told, many churches in Nigeria are not operating legally, because we are a very religious sensitive nation, the Govt is overlooking some of these issues. I stand for the licencing of Pastors cos this will reduce the criminal acts being perpetrated all in the name of pastoring. The only issue I have with the Kaduna law is the time limit of religious activities beyond 8pm which is what the Christians in Kaduna should oppose and sort out amicably with the Govt.

Are you born again? If your so called El Rufai is doing well, why is he partisan in his Bill? How does it affect his Muslim brothers? Is Nigeria not a secular state? Do we not have freedom of worship?

Even if they are given lands to graze their animals, they will still be killing people because Fulani is Fulani - very heartless and have killing in their blood. They are lethal and should not be allowed to co-exist with other tribes, else killing continues incessantly (they naturally cannot co-exist peacefully). The only wise thing to do is to bundle them back to wherever they are from and let them improvise ways of taking care of their cattle.

We are in a Democratic era and we have freedom expression. I Love the likes of Ayo Fayose and Femi Fani Kayode (FFK) who will call a spade a spade without minding whose ass is gored and nobody has the right to punish them after all nobody is above criticism but the important is for the critized to be humble enough to restrospect into his life so as to be able to make the necessary corrections.
