Hahaha. Finally, I found someone going for my exact same course and same school.

1. Your maintenance fee of $25k is equivalent to almost £20k. This will be enough to pay your first year fees and still have more than enough for maintenance.

2. If you printed your statement already, it means you have to make use of that statement before one month elapses. If one month passes, you can't use that statement anymore but will have to print a new one. Why not wait till you apply for visa before printing? That's better... Unless the money won't be available in your account then.

3. Yes you can. So long as it is an account in your name. It belongs to you. That's actually what I'm using myself.

4. You're not out of schedule. Pay your $4k deposit right away go and do your tb test, send that your statement to Teesside University. It will be used to process your CAS. If you start now, you will even overtake the rest of us who are still waiting for our moneys to reach the 28 days count. You have everything already ready. You can even get your CAS before us.

My opinion on the financial aspect

You submitted payslips but there was no salary account to match the payments. If those bulk payments were done in the salary account and explained, VO could have rated your financial status. Note that anyone can design payslips with a specific amount on it (Dont get me wrong...I am not saying you forged it ). The only way to defend that payslip is to show where it was deposited.

Could you tell us what your current duty is in the bank?.....Operations/Marketing?

Hello Everyone,
Just got denied a Student Visa for the following reasons
1.Statement of purpose
2.Personal assets and financial status

SOA 8m excluding 1.5m paid as first semester tuition fee
Paid 1.5m as first semester tuition
Going for PGC in Business Analytics in Cambrian College
Mature candidate
Married with two kids
Graduated in 2005
My SOP was 3 pages long highlighting the values I will get from the program,detailing source of funds (I made 3 bulk payments into my account before I applied)
Currently work in a financial institution
Submitted land docs, employment letters, promotion letters, payslips for myself and wife
Didn't use the account my salary is paid into used my other account instead due to loan deductions from the account

Gurus in the house please I need your help in tackling the above reasons for the denial.My school resumes on Sept 3 2019 and I want to quickly reapply.

I applied online on June 1st
Biometrics done on June 6th
BVL email on June 27th
Refusal mail on June 28th

We have seen a guy here denied for having an EE application. The VO pointed to that application as evidence that he won't depart Canada in as much as he argued otherwise. Age too can be an issue as you are not the traditional school age. That would make VOs doubt your purpose of visit, but the onus is on you to argue that your intention is to be a genuine stident. Since you have filed an EE application, I will advice you make your ties to Nigeria stronger than ever. Land, asset, family, marriage certificate, etc. PGD too is a giveaway, I will advice a masters degree to stand stronger chance of prevailing. Do the needful hardwork of applying and getting into a masters if you have good GPA.
