I was thinking of waiting till I do a scan and know the baby's condition before engaging on any kpekusing.

Ingredients
1 mudu of guinea corn
1 mudu of millet
1/4 mudu of maize (yellow or white)

Method

To make raw paste;

1. Wash the guinea corn, maize and millet and soak in a clean bucket for two days, making sure you change the water every 12hours (This allows the grains to ferment).

2. Then take the grains out of water, wash properly and take it to the commercial grinder for grinding. Grind the grains very soft and smooth.

3. Wash your hands properly. Using your fingers and a clean sieve, pass the grounded paste through the sieve to separate the soft and the harder parts of the ground maize, adding clean water to aid the passage.

4. After about 30 minutes, the smooth paste settles at the bottom of the container, and the water is up, gradually pour away the water and keep the smooth paste in a refrigerator for your use.

Note: Mudu is the measurement bowl used in the local markets. One mudu is equivalent to about seven milk cups.

Storage: if there is no electricity, you can add clean water to the mixture and store in plastic bowl with a lid. Do pour away the water and pour in some clean water to the bowl containing the corn paste every 24 hours.

Am learning like seriously,,,its not easy to b a mother,,,,,is it composory for one to take injections, or to drink herbal mixture wen one is pregnant?, cus for me I hate injections,, n I don't taking like drugs

I told her dat my pile was gonna come out and she told dh to tell me to obey the rules dat it was my baby's head. when I heard dat I started to push with all my force and she kept encouraging me by manually dilating d opening.I felt a burning sensation and screamed and then stopped pushing, she screamed back and said dat I should push,when I pushed my baby's head came out, she grabbed it and told me to keep pushing, I obeyed and she pulled out my handsome almost-albino baby.she lifted him and asked me what I saw and I told her a boy,she congratulated me and started joking dat dis was my biggest"pile" and dat they await me in d next 1 year, I replied dat dat was too far dat they should expect me in the next 9 months.my baby arrived at 12:05 weighing 3.5kg.

Pls can I knw the drugs to take now,some of my friends are saying I shud take pregnant care alongside with folic acid, some r saying only pregnant care,many many talk and suggestions yaff entered too. Mumsy said I shud go and register with a hospital first. Pls wen is the right time to register with a hospital and wot drugs shud I take nw?? As it is nw i am confused

Ftm here, after ttc for (5 Longggggg years) #Team march# 14weeks

Please I have noooo appetite, I can go a whole day without eating. It started with me hating most food (mind you I didn't experience MS), just natural hatred (food aversion). All my best food are now worst and I don't want to hear the names, my Doc suggest it's psychological, that I have to learn liking them one at a time again..

I HATE FOOD INSHORT!

The issue is I have tried severally to push food down my throat but I end up throwing up, that's the only time I throw up.

No food interests me at all, in the first few weeks I ate well, then I noticed I started detesting the food one by one. Am only left with beans, Eba with Ogbono and yam. Which am scared to eat because I will hate it immediately.
And this meals has to be cooked only by my husband, no one else

I hate all junk foods now, not a single one is appealing.

My doctor suggests I take fruits but I hate all them too asides mango & grapefruit.

Has anyone experienced such and hope till I regain my appetite it doesn't affect the fetus?
