Please guys, I have an Asus notebook that came without a cd rom. I was using it and suddenly it started malfunctioning. I restarted it and I got a message telling me that the computer is repairing and I should wait. I waited for a while but the repair failed, I tried to reset it but the message I got was 'there was a problem resetting your pc. It also refused to refresh, It doesn't boot either. It is a Windows 8 computer. Please I have researched and checked everywhere with no solution on how to fix it. I am begging you guys to tell me how to go about it if any of you knows how to solve this problem. Thanks in advance.

Everybody knows these filling stations tamper with their machines. They reduce the actual litre that comes out from their pumps and deceive you into thinking you are buying the correct litre. A 4litre gallon won't be filled up if you buy 4litres of fuel. You would have to buy 5litres to get it filled up. Is that not stealing?
