iamJ:You have not answered the question. |
With the way buhari has been handing presidential, gubernatorial, senatorial flags to people and declaring his aides in coming governors, if Osibanjo does not accompany him, he will vote Atiku. ![]() |
Sam0:Our population was growing when MTN,Airtel, DSTV .etc came to Nigeria to create employment. It was growing when all these banks you know today came up under the 16 years. Even this platform you are using to type this thing came up in the 16 years of PDP. All of a sudden population becomes the problem. If the government understands business and economics, the population would have been an asset rather than a liability. All the billionaires in the world capitalized on population to become rich. So you have further proven that this administration has no where to hide their failure. |
Sam0:20 million real jobs - 500,000 fake peanuts = 19,500,000. Since he can't solve PDP problems, he should step aside for PDP to solve it. |
Who are they deceiving? |
Nsimaimeh:Hasn't buhari already raised the hand of the chief looter and asked the people of Kano to reelect him to reloot? |
citizenY:I think the reverse is the case here, buhari is the virus, what we now have in a APC are those who did not have opportunity to loot, joined by those who looted before. So the result is higher corruption as shown by transparency international. But corruption does not scare investors, what scares them is a leader that has no regards for the rule of law, and one who is unable to sell opportunities to them. That is why trump met him and allegedly called him lifeless. |
Sam0:There is a problem with your comprehension. Schools that are on strike? When over 20 million jobs are lost? What is he correcting? When you can't increase teachers salary, how will education improve? Everything has increased including transport, how o their parents afford to take them to school? isn't it better he uses that money for to improve the welfare of the teachers? If more Nigerians are getting educated will he be have anyone to vote him? He is banking on poverty and illiteracy. |
Sam0:If the rich looters invested in Nigeria, there won't be poor to steal. So once you have business men at the top, the economy will become vibrant. Those countries they take that money to, are using it to create jobs for their own people. |
sarrki:Do you think Arewa youths are happy that an old man wants to create enmity between the North and southern youths? |
Sam0:Someone who is the second largest employer apart from the government of the state, is it the rich he is employing? Someone that brought people from Bangladesh to run a micro finance bank to support poor people in adamawa as an individual. The major reason why there is high level of unemployment is not the fall in oil price. But failure of leadership. Buhari started his one sided anti-corruption fight, made politicians to hide their money . And some joined APC and are still hiding their money safely. But when you have business men like Atiku Obi in power, they will show the looters where to invest in Nigeria to create jobs, boost the economy and make profit. Because almost everyone in Nigeria has benefited in one way or the other in corruption. Do you think Ganduje is going to invest that $5 million? No he wants it in Foreign currency and cash so he can easily move it without trace . $5 million stacked in agbada, is 181,000,000. That could have provided startup loan to 181 youths given 1 million as capital . |
The first picture represents private sector, while the second is public(Cabal) sector. Here is Peter obi a business tycoon who was worth millions if not billions before becoming governor. Had many consumable goods each family uses under his brand. Then we have linda Ikeji, a lady who carved a Niche for herself taking advantage of technology tools. On the far left is Leo stan eke, owner of zinox computers who later acquired konga. These people could not have become who they are if they were teaching for 30k or depending on 10k trader money. Anyone of us can easily patronize or have used one of their services or products. World billionaires today if they are not part of the tech industry, they leverage on the tools. That is the industry of the present and future, that's they type of people obi associates with and anyone of us could get there in a conducive environment. But those in the other picture, many will not know them, they don't right books, they don't come to the platform to motivate youths, you don't even see them on TV selling anything. But they control the wealth of the nation and your destiny in this Nation. You can't afford their service and they are only known in the corridors of power. You only find people like them in Third world countries like Nigeria that are backward. They are the ones the lazy youths who have no future ambition and settled for 30k want in power to secure crumbs.
|
But you go to UK to correct your own illness. You could not correct yours in Nigeria, but you want to correct Nigeria's own. |
allthingsgood:By refinery you mean dangote who was made rich in the past 16 years of PDP and dropped in position under buhari? |
KunleyY19:In other words buhari is competing with past failures. Was school on strike during the elections that brought buhari in? Why will schools be on strike at the end of his tenure? Is it a good way to end a tenure after all the promised made? So this is beyond party but individual. What was Anambra position in education before obi came in? Was there any improvement in education or not? Did he say Anambra education has always been backward so he will leave it that way? |
The team of the future.
|
allthingsgood:Once the leadership is a failure everyone will fail under him. Kachiukwu could not repair refineries or attract investors. Ngige under buhari has been unable to get ASUU and Labour to be at peace. Students are still on strike. Fashola has not been able to fix the power in 6 months as he said a serious government will. Even Buharis wife said what they achieved in 4 years could have been done in 1 year If not for the cabal. So the problem is from the head. And by doing much by the current government you mean telling lies about exports or claiming to attract imaginary investors? |
anjigirl:Do you think Atiku Obi will loose if they don't win? 1st it is buharis wife that will continue to suffer in the hands of the cabal. The over 20 million 2 who have lost jobs. The students that spend more time at home than school. The farmers attacked by herdsmen. And the educated youths that let non educated and less ambitious people decide who governs them. |
allthingsgood:Anambra has one of the best road networks in Nigeria. That was Ngige and Peter Obis effort. He built more roads than the current administration. Startup companies like innoson were boosted. |
allthingsgood:Please what was trump doing before he became American president? |
anjigirl:State governors would not be owing salaries if they all did the same. If buhari invested the billions be spent yearly traveling to tell investors Nigerians are corrupt and waiting for them to come and invest in Nigeria, do you know how much it would have been for us? Yet he wasted billing to travel and scare investors away. Even trump was allegedly to have said he never wants to meet such a person in his life, imagine what foreign investors would think. Is it right for tinubu to be collecting tax on behalf of the government? But his company does it and takes the profit. Enriching himself with state funds and returning nothing for the state. Would it be better he claimed he used the money to build a website like fashola that spent 87 million on his? Do you think he couldn't have written off $30 Million dollars with a pen if he wanted? Do you think he can't claim he spent 139 million on two boreholes like fashola? The $5 million dollars gandoje was stacking in his agbada, is that where he is investing for his state funds? It takes a creative mind to find opportunity where others don't and invest in it. Not for himself alone but for the state. How many private jets did tinubu own before he became governor? But today APC governors have to higher his jets bought with state funds and pay to his individual account. |
After watching Buhari and Atiku on the candidates, I have come to the conclusion that Buhari was right about Nigerian Youths being lazy. I choose to concentrate on Buhari and Atiku because they are the two most popular candidates with stronger party structure. The youths watched the interview of two teams. One team believes . One who could not understand questions . One that believes that the best way to grow the economy is increase tax of already struggling businesses and borrow more. While the other believes in reducing tax, bringing in more investors who will create more jobs and then more people will be in the tax net as a result of employment. One team believes that empowerment for youths is by paying people who studied medicine, engineering, pharmacy etc 30k to go and teach primary school children religious knowledge primary school. While the other believes in working with banks to reduce interests rates on loans to empower startups. They look at one team that has been successful in business with evidence of turning $30 million to $100 million in just 1 investment. Left 75 billion in cash and investments for a state, which has never been done in Nigeria. With moderator admitting that Atiku is the second largest employer apart from government. That he has invested in both Education, health and finance as an individual. Yet the other has never done any business outside government or employed anyone outside government. While Peter obi has shown evidence of his ability to bring international investors into Nigeria, by the Anambra example.. While one team goes about painting the image Nigeria black and expecting investors to come, the other team believes in selling the potentials of the nation and reducing tax to attract investors. Are we surprised that we are losing investors to Ghana? Instead of being motivated by the business acumen of the innovative team, they tag it corruption. So I have come to the conclusion that the youths supporting buhari are truly the lazy youths that are afraid to think outside the box. They are afraid to start something from scratch and grow it. They are afraid to venture into business. They just want to work for government and do nothing meaningful with their lives. They see that 30k as gainfully employed . While over 20 million real jobs have been lost in banks, telecoms etc, they see 30k job of teaching and wasting potentials as real jobs. Yet the world richest men today are products of a private sector driven economy. Imagine if the founders of Facebook, Apple, Amazon, Alibaba etc were paid 30k to teach in the villages or given 10k in 4 years as trader money? So it is clear to me today that Nigerian Youths are truly lazy as buhari said and just want to sit and be paid for doing nothing. If not, why will any youth still support buhari after watching Atiku?

When the herdsmen and bokoharam attack, Buhari will claim they are foreigners. Today the Same foreigners are campaigning for him. Can you see the link between insecurity, government and foreigners? |
The point is that he is a good manager of resources. If it was yusuf buhari, he would be crashing private jets . |
As for that one it's true. He lifted Nigerians out of poverty to extreme poverty. That's why we are poverty capital. |
They said Atiku can't get VISA to America, they said if he goes to America he will be arrested. He finally went to America and Lai Mohammed said he as the chief investigation officer of Nigeria has evidence against Atiku and he will answer questions as soon as he returns. Till date, Atiku has not been invited for questioning. |
Just like your support for abacha. |
Go and arrest him. |
Elrufai used it. Territory (FCT), Mallam Nasir El-Rufai called on General Muhammadu Buhari to quit the 2011 elections. Speaking with Daily Sun newspaper, El-Rufai called for the enthronement of a younger generation of leaders: “I have great respect for President Babangida. I think he has done a lot for Nigeria. You won’t take that from him. He has made his mistakes like every human being, but people like President Babangida and General Buhari should just disappear. They should give way to a new set of people with new ideas. Young people preferab https://www.nigerianbulletin.com/threads/el-rufai-to-buhari-you-are-too-old-for-power-archived.104397/ |
Bola Tinubu, former Governor of Lagos State and leader of the All Progressives Congress, APC, once described General Muhammadu Buhari as an agent of destabilization, ethnic bigot and religious fanatic who if given the chance would ensure the disintegration of the country, according to a Wikileaks transcript of a conversation between Tinubu and the US consul-general in 2003. https://www.independent.ng/buhari-is-an-ethnic-bigot-religious-fanatic-bola-tinubu/amp/ Former President Olusegun Obasanjo says All Progressives Congress stalwart, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, was right to call President Muhammadu Buhari an ethnic bigot and religious fanatic in 2007. https://punchng.com/tinubu-was-right-for-calling-buhari-a-tribalist-religious-fanatic-says-obasanjo/ |
