Bros no reputable organisation will settle for photocopy, though u gat affidavit,na prayers u go use back m up,remeba is limited space and survival of the fittest.....so find way get d original if you can

so if someone is joining the army as a graduate, he/she will go for DSSC?

If your course is listed for DSSC den u apply for it,if you dont find your course listed under DSSC requirements then its SSC.Both are for graduates mind you.Also commissioning of DSSC starts wif 2 star while SSC is one star.

DSSC is mainly required professional courses listed by the army,such as Medicine, while SSC is other courses not listed.so if recruitment starts and u r lucky to have course listed in DSSC den u apply dia if nt its SSC.like i said DSSC is mainly professional required stated courses by the army.

Hello sir,So much respect sir,i trowey salute.Sir i need your advice and clarity.
(1)Am a graduate from the East side and intends joining the army for a long time,though the form is being delayed,i want to know my chances of being successful without a God father if proven fit medically and in other ways.
(2) Whats the chances of converting from rank officer to officer cadre and what are the conditions for converting from private to officer cadre.Cus if Army doesnt release Ssc form am thinking of joining rank.

How do the army decide troops they send to threatened zones within nigeria. Do they pick soldiers at random from each base or is it on recommendation, abi na who no get God father to avoid such calls they end up on such deadly missions??

Just reading the yobe incident,its saddening. Young soldiers just fall unda d hands of bokoharam,am sure the men haven't stayed 4 yrs in service sef from the pics i saw. Y military no won just take out this insurgence from nigeria n dia moles once and forall.This game dey r playing tire me tink o.

hahaha,my oga i no pray for d delay,but i see delays as a blessing if i cant change the circumstances. And besides,i thought i remind a few who aren't fit paper wise and health wise to seize the opportunity and make amends now while they can,cause here go hot for any body wey go dey complain when the form gets out.

Have been following this thread since 2014 hoping when i grad i would enlist into the army after successfully serving in the NYSC. Passed out Nov. 2017 and was looking forward to the moment and then i was diagnosed with Inguinal hernia cursed by heavy weight lifting in March 2018.
I never dey work,but God helped me with the surgery money and finally 26th of June i had the repair done. Whats amazing is, i thought i would miss out of the recruitment process since i had the surgery done around the month the form normally comes out and proper healing process takes 3months at least,never thought by now this form wont be out ,but i want to believe personally Its for my favour...Guys no vex oo.
I wanna believe some aspirants here have one or two things to fix,be it health, documents or age related issues;just like me i think you have the grace now to fix things cause if its your dream and desire to enlist,the day will come for that and you shouldn't be found wanting else you regret wasting this blessing in disguise(the delay in recruitment).......
Lets kip hope alive and moral high,that day will come insha Allah.Have a blessed weekend fellow Aspirants.

A bizarre incident which left residents stunned occurred two weeks ago at Ojodu Street, in the densely populated Ajegunle area of Lagos, after a man, Buraimo Sunday, 30, and his pregnant lover identified simply as Bose, were burnt to death in his apartment.

The live-in lovers said to have been dating for five years, were reportedly planning to solidify their relationship early next year, when the unexpected happened.

The lovebirds were inside their apartment, watching a movie on the television penultimate evening, when a boy reportedly kicked a jerrican half filled with fuel, in the veranda.

The combustive substance spilled on a cooking gas belonging to one of the tenants that was lighted, thereby resulting in an inferno. The fire, according to a tenant, caught the curtains of owner of the gas cooker, spreading to the ceiling, with everyone scurrying out of their apartments for safety.

Crime Alert learned that by the time the lovebirds were alerted, the fire had engulfed the entire passage, with thick smoke billowing.

A resident, who gave his name simply as Simeon, explained that “Sunday made every effort to open the door but its handle was stiff. He went to the burglary proof of the window, shook it vigorously, in an attempt to pull it off, yet it did not give way. We were screaming and encouraging him to pull harder, as we watched them from the window. Two men, who tried to break the burglary proof of the window from outside later, retreated when it became too hot to hold. Even in the face of death, Sunday was begging us to try and save Bose. At a point, Bose began to cough. Sunday held her and bade us good bye, as the fire engulfed them.”

The charred remains of Sunday and Bose were buried next day at Atan Cemetery, Yaba, with residents wailing and giving different accounts as to how tragedy befell the duo.

Some of the tenants who were rendered homeless by the fire lamented their loss but were quick to appreciate God for not losing their lives.

One of them, Johnson, said, “Sunday and Bose could have survived had the door opened when he tried to escape through it. When I heard the explosion, I thought it was from his air conditioner. It was the Divisional Police Officer at Tolu Police Station, CSP Udom, that led a team of policemen to the scene from where he called fire fighters. But by the time they arrived, it was too late.”

Late Sunday’s immediate younger brother, Alfred, explained that the deceased visited his barbing salon same day to have his hair cut.

He said: “He even promised to buy a power generating set for me next day, when I told him the one I was using was borrowed. He did not live to fulfil his promise, no thanks to the fire incident.”

Continuing, the Edo state-born sibling revealed that “as it is now, I am the only surviving child of our parents. Our father died long ago, while our mother travelled to the United States of America 19 years ago. I take solace in my late brother and looked up to him as father. Today, I am fatherless with no brother.”

As if losing a brother was not enough psychological and emotional trauma for Alfred, he revealed that the family of his late brother’s lover were demanding for a proper burial rites for her.

He said: “How can I do such a burial? My brother did not marry her and had no child with her. Besides, they were not married. They met each other back in school and had been living together until tragedy occurred”.

Bros,wat we lack in nigeria is proper maintenance,Nid i remind you,this buses were purchased with most of those safety parameters working,but with time improper maintenance from drivers and illiterate mechanics rendered the vehicles as you see them today.The mechanics are d ones who remove most gauges and attach wire or somtin else,d engine is still brand new for dem,u cn ask my Fire wo brodas dey ll tell u mre abt vehicle pimping
