Guys, am hanging problem with my RN4X, I locked some of apps which I normally unlock with my Fingerprint but just this moning, I noticed if I open any of those apps dt I locked it will show can't react finger print even b4 I even placing my fingerpring at back of my phone. And if I place it, still telling me the same thing, what could be the reason & likely solution

You're a BETA tester na. Why a tester if you can't confidently update the pushed updates! Bros, fear not; update and give feedback to MIUI. You shouldn't be scared anyway.

Am not a BETA tester, people applied to be a tester, I didn't apply for it, I took d risk on my own and update from global stable rom to developer rom.

I saw this update on my phone this morning.... Should I go ahead to update it?

My boss in d building, Gptech, Grandmufti & other ogas, pls I found it difficult to use MIUI Theme editor on RN4X ever since av updated to miui9.... It has prevent me from using my darling ios theme. Pls is there a way out? Good morning.

Thanks bro, I finally updated to miui 9, I was getting that error message due to d wrong romantic I downloaded, I downloaded the one from thus link & it worked 4 me.

But, This thing do me strong thing cos I only backup my app & data but I thought it will also backup my music, video & pictures but na lie, my music, picture & video gallery was all gone.

The message is clear, you are on Android 6 and trying to flash a rom in Android 7. First update your phone to global rom on Android 7, and try again, I guess you are usually Redmi note 4x.

Am not on Android 6 am actually on android 7. Check d below image.

Updated to the dev rom now... Guess it was the network

Please, what did u do to make it work? Cause I downloaded d rom overnight but am getting d same error. Pls tell me what to do

Just follow Gptech's description. Update to 8.5(Noughat). Download d latest developer rom, place the downloaded file in 'downloaded rom' folder on your device & flash using the updater app.
But, pls note that it'd format your files oh. So, backup your files.

Pls, anyone should tell me more about this, I want to port to developer om too & this me tired seems simple, also since am not unlocking bootloader.

Av downloaded the developer rom.

Guys, this li2 thing that I circled in that picture keep popping up on my phone, I don't know how to remove it, it used to dissappear but with some minutes it came back.

Pls guys, how can one automatically rearrange applications in alphabetical order on RN4X.

I don't really know what is going on with Xiaomi, why is some people getting update & some r not getting... I think what other company like infinix always do is that if for example infinix note 4 is getting one particular update, all infinix note 4 will get it, but in the case of Xiaomi, some RN4X r on MIUI 9 and some still stock on miui 8.... This is rubbish. That is exactly what they do with their camera when some RN4X is better than other ones.

This monring I also want to update from V 8.1.15 to 8.2.10 after d update get to %100 it tells me to try again, I just wasted my mb for nothing.

My contact that the stupid phone merged together is still there unresolved...something av never experienced in my life since av been using phone.
