When you are about to start the video recording, click on modes. At the top right corner, you will see a spherical/circular icon, click on it. Then you can enable it in the settings....

Location matters. Also have u changed ur sim to a 4g sim.

Nothing do my location, in fact, my colleague with Samsung phone dey get 4g whenever he switched to 4g and we both change d line to usim {MTN 4G SIM} same day.

Please guys, am having problem with my RN4X, av been having difficulties using 4g with my phone with my MTN 4g enable Sim, I changed d network mode to prefer LTE & also use *#*#4636#*#* to change it to only LTE, yet this thing no change to 4g. Somebody should pls help me. Am getting frustrated oooo

Charge again to 100% the 2nd time with your phone switched off

Yes, first charge it fully, run it down, and leave it switched off till it's full. Then go system update and disable auto update.

I don't get it, I think I need to run it down first b4 changing it to 100% while the phone is off.

Make sure you do NOT update your phone yet
Make sure you have your screen guard fixed, if not drop the phone and buy the screen guard tomorrow
Don't forget to flaunt your phone.. You will be amazed at how many peeps have asked me if it was a Samsung. I just laugh and say it a Xiaomi! one of its kind..

I finally got my note 4x today... Thanks to nobody who guide me at some point, I know he may not remember when I contacted him but he gave me a good advice back then. The phone is sweet and it look like iPhone.

Like u guys always adviced, I should first run down d battery of this phone right? Please, what else do I need to do on this phone as am lunching this machine for the first time. Please advice me on what to do.

Update about my item dt has been saying "INSERT ITEM INTO DOMESTIC BAG" since last week.

This morning I called Lagos mainland office and I was told to send d tracking number of those items, which I did, now they call back that d item is already in Ibadan, I then called ibadan office, which I was told d same thing that I should also send my tracking number, later they call me dt I should come & collect my phone at Dugbe office instead of Gate office which is destination PO. I was curious but I don't av choice, so, when I get to Dugbe, I told them dt why would they tell me to come to Dugbe when d address I used is dt of Gate, that is when they started begging me dt they just want to see me and explain what really happened to my item, but I don't care to listen to their lie. Now av collected my phone and my charger from them without paying #1.
