Guys, pls help me oooo, someone send btc to me, for more than a week now it's yet to be confirmed, the worst thing is that I can't even send out of my previous balance that I have there because the wallet always warn me that I couldn't spend unconfirmed btc. Please what can I do over this... Please help me oooo

I couldn't add anything to my Alipocket as planned because of the error message am getting whenever I used this card. Am curious, cause out of all the card av used, I got this error msg all the time from the card.

The card always tells me insufficient funds. And I have 35k in my account. Even, there was a day I tried to fund with $10 only, it still tells me insufficient fund in my account. Av talked to uba cc more than ten times, I was told my card is active for online payment, that nothing wrong with the card.

Please my bosses here, is there any solution to this persistent problem. Thanks

u r lucky ooh, mine was locked instead. I didn't get OTP as SMS or email from UBA. I opted to use hardware token device but kept getting wrong token entered and finally blocked me after third failed attempt.

When u get to d page where u will request for toke or OTP, there r 2 link there, d first one is for Token & d 2nd one is for d OTP. The mistake might come from u, probably u clicked the link for OTP which is d second link instead of d first link for Token.

Any otp u requested by 11:55 pm won't work cos u need it expired 5 mins after, so if u got the OTP by 11:55pm it expired exactly 12:00am...so u request from 11:56pm, 11:57pm, 11:58pm & 11:59pm

He actually don't understand the logic jare, I don't wait till I want to fund b4 I appeal, so that I won't have any unnecessary delay at the end of the day, I used to appeal ahead. Like the, three remaining card is standby for any quick funding confidently.... No be appeal go affect them again on Alixpress, it can be any other thing but no be appeal go delay me with those cards.

Tweet at them, mail them or call their cc for assistance if you're still having OTP issues. Some don't get OTP after appealing.

Why do I need to call them, my card is working perfectly with d OTP, the OTP usually come when needed, except for two out of the 5 cards dt is saying the total order exceed d withdrawal limit. I will contact uba for that.

Mind u, nothing concern UBA cc with appeal and nothing concern Aliexpress cc with OTP. UBA can't treat appeal here in Nigeria and Aliexpress can solve d problem with OTP.

My ever-wroking solution to Uba otp issue is 'Appeal the card'....Once that is done den you shd be free from otp wahala

I keep saying this, av used 2 cards on alixpress, I appealed the 2 cards and despite that, the card still requesting for OTP. May be some cards works without OTP I don't know and am not disputing that. But by telling people OTP is not necessary after appeal is what i don't understand.

See the attachment, av done d appeal 4 times on five cards, though, I used 2 out of the cards, and d 2 still requesting for OTP.

UBA is still 320 guys, see d screenshot bellow, that was Alert for 50$each, yesterday and today. Yesterday was 16k for 50$ & today was even less than 16k (15.9k) for 50$.
