2 kids isn't much enough to disturb their work,they Can enroll them in a day care and pick them up whenever they close from work.

It's no big deal at all,maturity is all they need to make decisions.

Sure day care would be ideal if they come in on time, but parents who come in by 11pm, will the Day care be open till then nd most importantly kids need parental grooming.
