When i entered d branch d cashiers down stairs where virtually free, met one who advised i go up for withdrawal.

Getting upstair d queue had gotten to d stairs, i stood 45mins without a move.

Got into the branch around 1.45 but left After three, infact my transaction was processed at exactly 3.03pm..

When i complained to the Lady behind the cashiers cubicle i perceived to b d Operations manager, i became a laughing stock amongst d two female cashiers who will look at me pass some gist amongst themselves and bend in laughter...

If it was possible i would ve asked for mirror, if i had this clown look on me..

For d past eight years i ve operated that acct. I ve neva visited a GTB branch as shambolic as Ogui branch enugu..

Infact, never in my life ve i stood to d extent of my legs vibrating..
