4. Breast enlargement/augmentation is also an early procedure.

5. Liposuction is one of the earliest procedures in any transformation. Fat is removed from the waist and re-positioned on the hips to increase the feminine waist to hip ratio.
The fat is transferred within 20 minutes so it is still living tissue.

It is estimated that about 20-30 per cent of the transferred fat will dissolve and not ‘take’ but the rest will stay in situ and develop its own blood supply.

6. Genital reconstruction surgery
Penectomy: surgical removal of the penis.

President Obama and his family plan to move to a mansion valued around $6 million, in the upscale Kalorama neighborhood of Washington, a mere two miles from the White House, when he leaves office in January, according to people familiar with his plans.

Mr. Obama, who has said his family will remain in the capital until his daughter Sasha completes high school in 2018, will rent the 8,200-square-foot, nine-bedroom home, the people said, speaking on the condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to reveal his plans.

This is the sweetest baby announcement ever!

A couple living in Germany posted on Reddit about how he and his wife found out she was pregnant two days before leaving on a trip to Japan.

To mark the occasion, he made a miniature passport to take with them on their journey.

“I’m American, my wife’s Italian, and we live in Berlin … and just found out we’re pregnant,” wrote LeJavier. “We love to travel, and we were about to leave on a trip for Japan and Abu Dhabi, so I figured I ought to make the little creature its own passport.”

He cut up an expired German passport and made it into the mini passport the night before leaving. He used the ultrasound image as the passport photo, and used the name “Beany Baby,” since he/she was the size of a bean.

The couple also got it stamped.

Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto state government has announce the an increase in the allowances of corps members serving in the state.

The increase affects all categories of youth corps members, with graduates of major health courses getting more – a little bit unfair if you ask me.

The announcement was made during the swearing-in ceremony of 2016 Batch A Stream II corps members on Monday, June 13.

He broke down the increase as follows:

Graduates of medicine will now be paid N50,000 from the current amount of N36,000.

Pharmacists will now N25,000 up from the N19,000.

Lab science graduates and other medical graduates like nurses are now entitled to monthly stipend of N15,000, up from the current N9,000.

Graduates of social science and humanities will now be paid N5,000 monthly from the previous N4,000.

A Nigerian, Aminu G. Idris, reported on his facebook page yesterday, 13/06/16, that a chinese supermarket located in Abuja didn’t allow him enter because he is a Nigerian.

The address he gave was No 10. Bauchi street, War college estate, Gwarimpa, Abuja.

This DIY device is mounted on a board, with bottleneck-sized holes cut in a grid pattern -- no electricity required.
Grameen Intel, a social business information technology, teamed up with the adverting agency Grey Dhaka to develop this project.
The steps to follow include;
• Grab a piece of a heavy duty cardboard and trim it to fit the window of your choice.
• Cut holes in a grid pattern that are large enough for a bottle neck, but be sure the cuts are spaced out according to the size of the bottle.
• Find as many used bottles as you can, and the bigger the size difference between the body and the rim, the better.
• Slice along the body of the bottle and cut away the tops of the caps before placing them back on the bottle – this helps fix the bottle into the board.
• Push the cut bottle from the outer side of the board, twist the cap from the inner side and tighten in to keep the bottle in place.
• Place the Eco-Cooler in the window with the wide part of the bottles facing outside.
Hot air will rush into each bottle, which is pushed to the rim where it starts to expand – this expansion is what cools the air before it enters the room.
