I'm disappointed totally in them.
In 2016-2017 i deliver with them more than 10+ packages from USA and UK of course not without issues,but i dont remember exactly all of them.
But now i don't recommend nobody their service. They do a lot of mistakes with weight,dimensions - what is affecting shipping cost and you pay much more than supposed. Like in case of @pimpin101 https://www.nairaland.com/post/76878734
From what i see - they are not transparent. Now i will try another company. Hope they will not bring disappointment and very transparent work & prices.

They have been acting up with charges and delays, and I have been playing along. But this time, I won't. I bought 2 portable hard disks from WD. Instead of consolidating both, they separated them into different shipments. They then proceeded to slam 2lbs on the 1TB hard disk. And it took series of back and forth before they corrected the value of the 2TB hard disk. Theirs is supposed to be a worry-free shipping experience, but that has never been the case, not even once. Shoptomydoor, consolidate my hard disks, there are no lithium batteries in any of them. "Dimensional weight" is not in play here, where you guys got 2.01lbs(for the 1TB) and 1.04lbs(for the 2TB) from, I wonder.

Before they switch to new website everything was good,excepting one delivery when my server was broken on the way,i was refunded.
But now i see some big problems.
Dimensions what they show in warehouse is much higher than actual dimension of your items,this is increasing chargeable weight.

This business here, is not gonna work,because of many reasons:
1. Very big price for local call in comparison with what you get for a a call
2. Very poor network coverage and stability
3. Stable internet even don't exist( maybe Fiber and is to expensive)
4. Sim Registration - Need a stable supply of already registered SIM Cards what will not trace you down by authorities

and i can give u much more reasons why I left this idea behind.

The Spectranet branded Huawei E5172bs-925 router is designed for Spectranet solely which makes the firmware locked to there network only... so the workaround here is if you can successfully update your device to a universal firmware, then you can use any other network but updating it is where the issue is currently. I'm presently working on it, if I get a breakthrough, would let you know. Thanks
