Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka has finally released her 2016/2017 admission screening exercise form.

Sales of forms commences anytime from now as the screening exercises are expected to begin on the 22nd of August till the 25th of August at the main campus.

Candidate are expected to come with the following:
1. Birth certificate.
2. O'level results
3. JAMB original result
4. Local government identification certificate.
5. Secondary school testimonial
6. First school leaving certificate.
