Even the network providers & banks are still asking the subscribers/customers to come & update their numbers/accounts with information that was already given to them years ago.

Is the law of presidency different from that of the state? Jonathan was sworn in twice, after Yaradua died and in his first term. He contested again and lost to Buhari. He would have been sworn in for a third time if he won the 2015 elections. How come it's different for state governors?
