Don’t mind them. The next thing they will tell us is that it is baby steps & that within few days (obviously weeks) they will perfect the 20 hours of power supply for band A. So band A users will be paying them to take baby steps with no guarantee of when they will master their steps.

The reason is simple. The 20 hours daily supply promised on band A isn’t happening. They get less number of hours daily but are expected to pay the tariff for 20 hours daily supply. Wouldn’t you ‘run’ if you were on such a scam band called band A?

The problem is being asked to pay more when the number of hours of power supplied is the same as band B or band C in some cases.
