This band A thing na scam |
Hmmm |
A student copied the first few steps of the solution(s) from a fellow student but was unable to arrive at the final answer. That is what I’m seeing here. |
They won’t accept the challenge. The 20hours power supply on band A is a scam. Where I stay is categorized under band A. As at yesterday, we had light for a total of 10hours. 20 hours was promised to justify the N225 per kW. How is 10hours now equal to 20 hours? Last year, EKEDC increased the tariff promising 20 hours power supply. We were paying more per kW. Did they deliver on the promise? Yes, but it lasted only a few weeks. Was the tariff reduced to what it was after they failed to deliver as promised? NO. During the few weeks it lasted, national grid collapse never affected our power supply. That’s when I realized that power can improve in the country if they want it to. As for this their ‘band A’ scam, it’s just a way of increasing electricity tariff without causing protests. E go reach everybody. The issue be say power supply no go improve. |
See gap! Dangote the man Nigeria is depending on to get cheap fuel😂 |
On today’s episode of “Fear WoMEN” |
All na format. 20 hours daily (which might not be up to) cost N225 per kW, while 16 hours daily of same light from same company cost between N61-N64 per kW So the 4 hours power supply daily on band A gave rise to that N164 difference for each kW of power consumed? Las las for billing, dem go move everybody go dat band A. Light we no go still see. Na people wey no get prepaid meter go suffer pass |

APC happened to Nigeria(ns). |
erniok:How come the power supply has suddenly improved to band A status (20 hours a day) with the announcement of tariff increase? Let me guess, they are back to band A with the new tariff in place. |
erniok:You are not completely right. I know of someone who lives in lekki phase 1 that is under band A. Their tariff got increased because of this same 20hours power supply. They enjoyed the 20 hours power supply for a few months. Sometimes more than 20 hours. The number of hours later reduced to about 10 hours daily. However, the amount they paid per kW remained the same. With the announcement yesterday power supply to them has started improving again. This increase thing na 419. |
Hmm |
BAT will tell you guys “… I wish there was a way; but there’s not!” When they start comparing it with US & Uk please ask them if 20 hours is the same thing as 24 hours. Even their proposed 20 hours isn’t guaranteed because of a lot of factors like “National grid collapse”, heavy downpours & thunderstorms, need to ‘dry’ the wires in the sun after a heavy downpour etc. So that 20 hours might just work a few weeks to justify the N225 but trust me if those on the so called band A manage to see 12 hours after the first few weeks, then they should share testimonies in their respective churches |
