By temporarily lifting the lockdown, the essence is defeated. Any government that is serious about a lockdown should create a food bank in every registered ward of the state. The food bank will take care of the food stuff needs of every household. Food stuff should be distributed the same way NEPA distributes electricity bills - without missing any household. Wards shouldn't only be used during elections. That way the lockdown will be effective and it will yield the desired results.

Personal effects and medical supplies can be bought at street shops/pharmacy but with strict compliance with wearing of face mask.

Aggressive testing and contact tracing should be carried out during the lockdown period.

Anyone trying to sneak into any state should be arrested and sent to the isolation center for two weeks evaluation while the lockdown lasts.

Relaxing lockdown for residents to restock doesn't make sense. It's as good as not having one in the first place.

These people are simply heartless.

NCDC officials visited a "covid19 free state" refusing to be quarantined for 2 weeks b4 starting their work. However, the same NCDC will be quick to quarantine or advise you to quarantine/self isolate if you visit that same state from any of the states with covid19 cases

The mifi supports Airtel, MTN, Glo, 9mobile, Ntel, Swift and spectranet. It doesn't support Smile and InterC cos those 2 companies are using band 20 with 800MHz frequency. So the mifi doesn't support band 20.
