drstranged: They outplayed yet conceded 2 goals. Would have even conceded more than 5 goals but for the inexperience of the Tunisian strikers. You probably should go study how football works. It's not by passing aimlessly. Even 20mins lapse of concentration can cost a team. Ask Arsenal. Consistency in all departments is key. And like I highlighted to you, we don't have a DEFENCE and GOALKEEPER. More clinical teams would have fried this Nigerian team even with your so called possession. Like someone else pointed out, the only way is to hope the strikers score more goals than the basket defence and goal keeper concedes. Go and learn how to properly read and analyze matches, that way you'd be able to predict a team's performance in the long term. I don't need to argue with Nairaland 'sports analyst' to know whether a team played well or not especially for a game I watched myself. Maybe you think the Tunisians are in Morroco to joke around. At a time, you were leading a team that were 3 up in the first half of their first game in this Afcon compared to you that struggled to win your first match. Any sincere person will tell you that it's been long we saw this kind of performance from the SE. You are entitled to your opinion, so am I entitled to mine also. Ire o |

drstranged: Very unconvincing performance, especially the defence and goal keeper. If we played against more clinical sides, we'd have received like 7 or 8 goals in this match. These Tunisians were very poor in finishing Which match did you watch that's unconvincing? The super Eagles dominated the Tunisians and outplayed them. They deserve the 3 points. |

Crime › Re: Terrorists Using PoS To Collect Ransom – FG by Mexyz(m): 11:10am On Dec 24, 2025 |
Emeskhalifa: You didn't read all the message, did you? Or you read all but does not have idea how the pos business works
They investigate (track the funds) only to see that the last place the funds stopped was the POS agent, he was the last man the funds got to and they didn't transfer the money from there but demanded for cash from the pos which automatically translates to dead case.
I know you will say, arreste the POS agent, he's part of them, but the truth is, majority of POS agents are ignorant, because it is the last chain of financial services, it is filled with illiterates who do not know beyond how to operate POS, No training, no educating them on anything like money laundering, terrorism money or any security safety. The moment you show interest that you want to start POS business the fintechs and banks that issue pos out are just eager to hand you their device so you can immediately start and let them start earning commission from you. No training, no orientation, nothing. And owing to the large number of pos agents scattered in the country, if a transaction comes your way and you refuse to do it, 10 to 20 agents around your vicinity will do it.
There are so many cases that pos agents out of ignorance accepted such transfers and some of these agents are languishing in police custody some even in jail and till date, they can't provide those who they gave the cash to coz they genuinely do not know them. Bros let me ask you a question Which POS agent would have 10-20M in cash to give to kidnappers in this our country of now that won't raise suspicion from even the POS operator? Are we really talking about those tattered looking kidnappers here or some well dressed individuals who would go to a POS operator to withdraw such huge amount of money. Like I said up there, there's ABSOLUTELY no financial transactions that happens in this country that our regulators can't track if they want to work. |
Crime › Re: Terrorists Using PoS To Collect Ransom – FG by Mexyz(m): 5:31am On Dec 24, 2025 |
Oga General, what exactly are you saying Sir?
No financial transactions that goes through our channels in Nigeria that can't be monitored or traced by all relevant regulators. So you don't need to give this excuse, POS operators are registered entities that can be trace if you guys want to do so. |

Who cares what you wish him?? He has contributed to the same super Eagles and the happiness of Nigerians than you. He does not need your good wishes to prosper. |

IbnB: As much as I dislike Wike and his politics he is completely right this time around
But this is a fight he likely won't win, because his boss clearly lacks the balls to support him. Beyond the obvious face-off with the corrupt Nigerian military establishment, the issue is already turning into a north-versus-south conflict and the northerners have never really been comfortable with a man from the Niger Delta running Abuja, so there... Oga there's nothing like the North vs South, it is Wike vs his new found friends. Wike should carry his cross alone and don't drag a part of the country into this. |

Gambia is actually a nice country, enjoyed my stay there also. Very serene and quiet environment, love their beaches and the clean environment. Though voodoo is a rampant practice there and na big big nyash their ladies just get, they are not as beautiful as our Nigerian ladies.
At a point I thought I was in Nigeria because Nigerian music is always blasting anywhere you turn or hear music playing, they said they don't understand the language but they love our beats and wordings.
For the electricity, I doubt if what the Op said is true though. |

Namaster: You have to give it to the American MOERRRONS!
NOBODY does hypocrisy like the Americans.
Imagine this Riley MooreON saying that China will not dictate policy to them but they will dictate policy to Nigeria.
He's claiming that China's Communist Authoritarian should be ignored. But the American Capitalist Authoritarian should be revered.
One other pointer of this particular FOOL's hypocrisy is that he's saying that the crackdown of Christianity in China sponsored and orchestrated by the Chinese Government is NOT grounds for the US to Invade China (and DIE! ).
But the killing of Nigerians by TERRORISTS (not the government) who killed both Christians and Muslims is sufficient grounds for INVASION.
If NOT for the fact that America is riddled with DUMB racists, there is ZERO reason for this guy to smell Public Office. Abi o, I wonder what Nigeria is riddled with for us to have someone like Tinubu or Akpabio occupying public offices. |

seunmsg: Sam Amadi is a shameless bigot who represent the worst of Nigeria’s political elites. He’s one of those that have attacked the APC and president Tinubu for no good reason other than losing his appointment when PDP was defeated.
This dude attacked everything connected to APC and even told people that they are after his life if they join APC. Now, his boss and benefactor has joined APC and he is trying to rationalize it with this contradictory statement. He’s now struggling to support Obi and not attack APC and the Enugu governor at the same time.
These guys only care about their pockets and nothing else. They just want relevance at all cost. No principle or anything. Just use bigotry, lies and propaganda to cause chaos and division among the masses for their selfish interest only. You see the last paragraph of this your reply, that's exactly the best description for the ruling party. The country has never been this divided and being told lies every now and then about how the country is not really doing bad and how we need to suffer now and enjoy in the nearest future. Same lies since 2015. |
