Leopantro: Selfishness? No, it's frustration.
Last week, I got information about a patient who recently traveled and had some of these symptoms from two market women. I begged and eventually got the relatives number. The relatives preferred home treatment due to financial constrain. I pleaded with them to take the man to hospital, they refused. I called the health department in Abuja and was repeatedly transferred to different individuals until I was referred to the state health officer. When I told him ably the situation, he told me that since the man refused medical attention there was nothing he could do. This was after one hour of my credit wasted. I gave up at that point.
The man later died.
And someone will later tell me that I'm selfish and greedy rather than call the government to order

Leopantro: the consultant owns the patient but not in the construct you put it. all over the world, the standard practise is you present at a hospital,you are seen by a doctor who determines your line of management. if enquires are made about your healthcare, you are directed to that hospital and to that doctor. if the doctor determines he requires a specialist input, he would refer you to a consultant. when the need of the consultant is complete, he will transfer your case back to the first doctor that saw you.

that is the concept of ownship and is also why when you are asked to get a medical report for any requirement, you are asked to get a doctor to sign it because it is assumed he is in charge of all your health related issues.

in south africa, the nurses are so well taught about health issues that they can write and dispense antihypertensive drugs. i was so happy when i heard it because they know the signs, what to give and when to refer to the doctor when complications arise. so in that setting, i would support a consultant nurse and would work with them.

but in nigeria, i so afraid of what nurses have done. some older nurses i respect but the others......

I'm trying my hands on options (via demo contest) and there's still a need for chart analysis. If you were trading currencies for example, you'll decide to buy or sell depending on what your analysis gives.
In options, rather than pull the trigger you simply tell them the outcome you expect, since you'd still have pulled the trigger yourself anyway in forex, based on your bias.

You select a pair and time period, say EU, between 10.00 and 10.10 a.m. and decide if the price will be higher @10.10 or lower @10.10 than it was @10.00.

The way I see it, mobile MT4 uses less data than web browsers on phone. I may be wrong.
