How reliable can project be on gas production

It depends on the size. Anything from 20m3 or 20,000L size of waste holder can conviniently power your farm or home without need for LPG gas from the gas companies.

Poultry drops doesn't produce biogas

It's what I do bro... There are ways to dilute the high ammonia content... I'm 7 years into biogas Technology

Poultry is good business as it produces eggs and meat. Piggery too is good business as it produces meat as pork and this is highly sought after. However as every other business would have issues to contend with, these businesses have the issue of waste management in terms of the solid wastes and odor.

It all boils down to the waste management design of your Pen.

I travel around Nigeria designing and redesigning poultry farms and pig pens to make sure they're able to handle their wastes perfectly....

An added benefit is the gas usually evolved from the waste management system (biogas) which is useful for cooking and other gas related endeavors...

Yes it's true, there's this new trend of sewage management all over and it's called BIOFILL system. It's quite smaller than the regular septic tank it never requires evacuation. Cool right?

However home owners wonder how it is that these Biofill Digesters don't get full. It comes from the addition of Bio-enzymes . These chemical substances breakdown your waste until they're liquid.

Many people have come across gas cylinder covers and they're of the opinion that these covers are not necessary. I've even come across those who think after they purchase my gas cylinder covers, it will make the gas last longer, still some are against it saying the gas will get hot and explode!!!!

Here's a little enlightenment if you may!

As for heating up and exploding, that is not true.

For your gas (propane and partially methane) to explode, it has to be heated up to about 470°C . How on Earth can temperatures during the day be as high as that. Remember that the water in your kettle that boils does so at 100°c talk more of over 400°C!!!
