In fact, going by your own acceptance of Eccl 12:7, it means Psalm 146:4 is contradiction.

This shows that, Breath of Life goes down but The SPIRIT OF MAN GOES BACK TO GOD WHO GAVE IT.

The SPIRIT IS DIFFERENTIATED from the Breath of life.

Also, 1 Cor 2:11 shows that the SPIRIT OF MAN has ability to KNOW. Only a person can do that.

No man has seen him and no man was there when he was creating. The creator if he wanted an acceptable form of worship according to his dictates, (since he is the Almighty and all that) would have given us some kind of personal inspiration on the particular way to go about it, in place of this disarray we call religion.
