You see, some of us are on ground in these places in question and know exactly the real situation in those places.
Before GEJ became the president, Ogbia people were largely discriminated against by Ijaws; in fact, Ijaws hated them and never married from there. That was why foremost Ijaw elites were totally against the emergence of GEJ as the president. It was only when it was inevitable that he would be the president and after some few months as the president that Ijaws started showing support for him.
Even at that, there support for him was lethargic; they didn't massively support him during the 2015 election. Do you think he was joking when he said that Igbos were the backbone of his government?
