At least they are in the path of fulfilling that: in less than 3 years 3700Megawatts of electricity project is ongoing apart from various other small power projects, unprecedented in the history of this country ; despite Saraki working for PDP, not releasing budget on time and despite drastic fall in oil prices at the intial 2 years of this administration and despite oil pipelines sabotage by PDP sponsored Niger Delta militants at the first one and half years of this administration. These are projects that require time to be completed. So Kudos to APC . They are fulfilling their promises in a grand style. ..
