ShowYourCertificate:
Yes, Buhari has done what is required of him by law. No, Buhari hasn't fulfilled his campaign promises on public declaration of assets. CCB can't just declare one's assets to the public. This is due to security reasons, moral reasons, religious reasons, and any other reasons that the terms and conditions may stipulate when promulgated. Thus if Buhari is really sincere about his transparency and accountability mantra, he shouldn't wait for Nigerians to grapple with the bottlenecks and redtapes of the CCB. He should go ahead and publish his assets to the public. A day is enough for one to embezzle millions/billions of naira, thus it's paramount he publicly declares now! 100 days is too far off. A word of advice.
I agree with you on the moral angle to it.

One day is too much sef, "miracle" can happen in just 6 hours at the touch of a button but then, he has done the right thing according to the law and hopefully, our trust in buhari won't be shattered.
PoliticsRe: Why Buhari Didn’t Make Assets Public – Aides by micklplus(m): 6:55am On Jun 01, 2015
ShowYourCertificate:
The CCB has never released the information concerning the assets of public officers because the NA is yet to promulgate a law/bill that staes the Terms and Conditions required to make the assets available to the public.
You are very on point and as such, buhari has done what is required of him by law.

He has fulfilled one of his campaign promises on asset declaration.

Once the modalities are fine-tuned, public part of asset declaration would be enforced.

RomanceRe: When Your Religious Leader Has To Pray Before You Choose Your Partner by micklplus(m): 6:55pm On May 21, 2015
lomodele:
One can easily choose a marriage partner if he/she understands the concept of marriage. God is d originator of marriage Gen 2:18. So without him you can't choose right but d issue of going to spiritual leaders is not good enof cos d best thing is for you to hear from God directly, then you can be sure urself dat God is the one leading you. One thing about the spiritual leader is dat he can only tell u part he can't tell u all 1 Cor 13:9 only God can tell u all (past, present and future) and also spiritual leader will only check to knw if the person is OK and OK is different from the will of God which is d most important thing and wat one should seek for.
Funny enough, I didn't seek any spiritual assistance before and when I got married. I didn't marry in the church sef. My marriage is an agreement between myself and my wife.

I am thankful enough because, I have the best marriage in the world. I am having the best time of my life!!!

Forget all this spiritual jargons, have your taste, know what you want, go for it, love genuinely and marry your friend. Above all, open your eyes to your realities!!!!

No Input from one spiritual something is required!!!
RomanceRe: When Your Religious Leader Has To Pray Before You Choose Your Partner by micklplus(m): 3:54pm On May 21, 2015
This is perfectly summed and I hope the young lads would realise that, it is good to open your eyes enough to realise what you desire in your spouse. Some religious leaders can even as a result of their selfishness, choose your spouse for but wont be there when the wahala starts abeg.

"Don’t forget, your spiritual leader is also human like you. The same kind of grace on him is equally accessible to you. He has got blood running through his veins, he feels hunger and gets sexually excited the same way you do, so that doesn’t make him infallible; he can make mistakes and mislead you. At times, some people ignorantly marry their leaders’ choices because some of the prayers offered by the spiritual leaders and the outcome already get mixed-up and contaminated with the leaders’ personal preferences, beliefs and sentiments which can’t really stand the text of time."

MAke mistakes, realise your mistakes and avoid it going forward.
when you make mistakes and start blaming people for your downfall instead of working on a way out of your quagmire then, theres no way out for you.

PDP should realise their mistakes and come up with a better way to campaign and politicking in the future and I am sure PDP already realised election can be won on the social media?

BusinessNigeria Will Be Africa’s Sole Representative In The Top 20 Economies By 2030 by micklplus(op):
AFRICANGLOBE– Nigeria, currently Africa’s biggest economy with a GDP of $510 billion, will be the only African country amongst the 20 largest economies in the world by 2030. This is indicated in a macro-economic projection by the US Department of Agriculture.

The US will  lead  this elite group of economies with a Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of about $24.8 trillion. China will follow closely with a GDP of $22.2 trillion, while India will be third with $6.6 trillion.

Despite narrowly escaping the bottom slot, the World Bank has predicted that Nigeria’s GDPwill rise  gradually by 5.1 percent till 2017.

Countries like Nigeria, the Philippines and Vietnam have distinguished themselves as “risers” in global GDP rankings over time. This indicates an average growth rate of  5.5 percent per annum  till 2050.

I am in agreement with your comments.
We had a security camera installed in some common areas around the house and have caught several domestic staff acting in defiance to given instructions or being notorious in their acts.
They also lie alot. They lie about almost everything and act unenlightened even though they know what they are doing.
I would recommend that every household with domestic staff have installed covert security cameras in the sitting rooms, kitchen, store and walkways and audio recording devices in their BQ/their room.
The remote camera is the way to go.
Their lies na wah.

Salary. . . Regardless of the working condition(living in or coming in daily), the salary should be at least 20,000 ngn. Pay them as and when due. Don't deduct money from their salary when they spoil things in the house eg plate.Accidents happen !.

Age. . .minimum of 18 years

Family background. . .Take your time, go and meet the family wherever they stay. Ask people around questions about the family, investigate.

Previous work experience. . .Ask, verify, meet with previous employer and ask questions.

Pictures. . .Take full lenght pictures of your help in various angles, store them in your phone, mailbox and keep har copies.

Security . . .be security conscious. Depends on where u stay, leave FIRM instructions that the help cant and should not step out of the house with your kids without your prior instruction.

Be fair and kind. . .Treat your help as you would treat your OWN child. Don't hoard food from them(they will get even by starving your kids), dont be mean to them, correct them in love, don't use them as slaves. Give them freedom but watch them closely. Give them days off.

Go further. . .show interest in their personal life, goals. Ask them what they want to do in future, encourage them and help if you can. Depending on their age, ask about their relationship, invite and know their partner.

Occasional treats . . .Buying them a gift(no matter how cheap) on their birthdays, taking him or her to a salon for a makeover/hairdo/facials occasionally won't hurt you. Such little favours and acts of love that don't cost much goes a long wayyyyyyy.

Can't deal? Say goodbye. . .If for whatever reason you don't get along, like your help, think your help is a witch/wizard, please pay him or her off and let her/him go.
Thanks ify but some of these maids are just evil.

There was a maid I had, my wife and I did everything for this girl. Paid for her to learn hair dressing, bought thing and I mean, lots of stuff yet, she was maltreating my kids. She starved them food even when I never controlled what she ate.

It Was devastating when I found out. I had to Immediately let her go because, I would have killed somebody.

Some of these maids are equally godsent Sha. One should pray to be lucky

Which law?

Meanwhile this is a clear failure of our justice system. The judge should have ruled either way before election.

How do you conclude eligibility suit after the election itself? Only in Nigeria!
We are basically saying the same thing. The judge should have ruled before the election. Since that didn't happen, he cannot be disqualified against because, the election he was said not to be eligible has now been conducted. In that case, event has taken over.

For example, eligibility of fayose was put to test, the case could not fly because, the election had already been conducted so, event already taken over the eligibility suit. Hope you understand now?

Cheers
PoliticsRe: What Happens If GMB Wins But Looses In Court? by micklplus(m): 9:36pm On Mar 29, 2015
